We stayed 23rd June to the 30th. The first week there were a number of business conferences. It did mean in the day there were not many people moving around the complex. The last few days was all holiday makers and the atmosphere became what I expected - much more fun. All those little extras one expects from Club Med... More

We had our annual kick off event here - 300 of us descended on the resort and we were accommodated with minimal fuss and maximum organisation. Decent food, decent drinks, good service from nice people. Negatives were that the (very lovely) pool had opening hours that were very silly and very short - 9am to 7pm meant that for a... More

I spent a great long week-end in Opio. The first impression (reception) was not up to the expectations (nobody to greet you, room not ready before the afternoon and some of the reception staff are quite rude) but the rest of the stay was really nice and with almost summer weather. Great morning walks with Antoine and fun fitness classes... More

It's nice and comfortable hotel, but the main problem that you expect (or they sell you) smth more from Clubmed. First, I would like stress on disadvantages: - it needs small renovation, especially in rooms - there is no free wifi for foreigners, if you have French mobile you can use it - it's really far away from everything and... I visited Opio on a business conference so wasn't sure what the resort would offer. I'm delighted to say that I was very happy with the whole stay. From the moment of getting into the courtesy transport to finally returning to Nice airport the staff were attentive, welcoming & very visible. There was always someone to ask for anything that... To be said at the start, like any Club Med, Opio comes with strengths and weaknesses. If you don't like to have kids running around and mind some limited wear and tear of rooms and public areas - well, CM may not be for you. If you want good Mojitos serves at the bar - it's not here that you'll... More

This resort is really in the muddle of no way. If that's what you want, then it is perfect for you! On our arrival, reception was poor. Did not feel as welcomed as other club med resorts have made us feel. Be prepared wifi is not free, you have to pay. Even paying for wifi, doesn't give you the best... More

I have never booked a Club Med before but thought I would book a short half term away. I have to say, it was an absolute pleasure. I am American and my husband British, but my husband speaks French - both our children only speak English. I didn't find language to be a barrier at all, and I definitely didn't... More
