The hotel staff are very friendly and the hotel has a good sauna. The restaurant specialises in local sami cuisine (smoked reindeer hearts) and maybe a bit restrictive on food options, the tourist sami cultural centre is located literally next to the hotel. I stay there regularly, and I'm very satisfied.
The staff is excellent, and the food is good both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are spacious and clean with good beds. The gym is rather worn down, but it's sufficient. The sauna is very good.
