After a leg played up we ended staying a few days in this hotel. Great spot right opposite Gaudi Bishops Palace and Cathedral and Museum. Great bar with large seating area that looks out on Palace. Rooms are clean. Staff friendly. Not too far from Supermarket etc. good restaurants pretty close. Amazing views at night.

This hotel is fabulous! We stayed here 3 nights. First Ruben who works the front desk is fabulous. Very helpful. Second the location is amazing. Third everything was very clean and the rooms are good size with bathtubs. Added bonus great coffee. And entire staff in bar are great. ❤️❤️ highly recommend.

Dreadful wifi & reception could not care less. Location was wonderful being directly across the road from Gaudi's bishops Palace. We did not eat there. Checkin was great, checkout not so good. Rooms were large, but tired. Needs modernising. Very dark timber throughout & dark fittings. Very oldie worldie. Beds were comfortable. We paid €65 for one night on our... More

Stayed one night while walking Camino. Prime position. Checking in was asked did we want room facing church. Said yes. Excellent choice. Quiet at night. Had dinner at restaurant and had an ok meal. Breakfast was the usual bread. Maybe don't bother with that. Was ok for one night

On 28 April 2015, I checked out of the Hotel Gaudi and told the front desk clerk to process my Visa charge in Euros. Instead he processed it in US dollars at an unfavorable exchange rate. When I objected, he told me he had indeed processed the charge in Euros when, in fact, my receipt showed differently. He also told... More

Cute hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean. Steps from cathedral and plenty of restaurants. Very reasonable. Bar in hotel serves tapas again, very reasonable and tasty. Quiet hotel only a few blocks from bus station and start point of camino for myself

Perfectly located facing the Gaudi Palace and Cathedral...location is everything after walking the Camino for days/weeks/months, overstep in the downtime matter. Accommodations were great, comfortable bed, well appointed bath with all niceties. The doors are original, old and wooden so a bit of noise in hallways is expected, but overall a great stay !

We had walked a long day on Camino - approximately 18 miles from Villadangos del Paramo through countryside and over and down hills - and had to walk UP to Astorga. This hotel is a lovely building situated on the Cathedral Plaza. We had the good fortune of getting a room on the Plaza itself so we could see the... More

Hotel Gaudi is a well rated hotel located directly in front of the Palacio Episcopal, Gaudi's masterpiece in Astorga. It's also just a 20 second walk from the Cathedral of Astorga, and both of these sites can be toured with a combined ticket. The hotel is moderately priced in relation to other accommodations, but the location and views are more... More

We were riding the Camino de Santiago and got lost in Leon. A full day on and off the road led us to Astorga and, on a whim, I asked about rooms at this property. Since there are two adults and two teenagers in our family we needed two rooms. This hotel had a corner setup with two bedrooms and... More
