i stayed here for two nights on a business trip so didn't have time to use the pool but it looked fabulous. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel is situated in an area that is handy for trips to Venice, Verona and Vicenza. The rooms are a little bit tired but perfectly clean and comfortable. the views from... More

Very quiet and nice hotel, close to many interesting towns and monuments. Helpful persons. Older lady with a glasses serving the breakfast, earns compliments. She is very friendly, nice to meet someone like her in the morning. She contributes to a plesant start of the day. Nice view!!!

Decor is very worn bordering on shabby. Water pressure in shower made washing hair a chore. Hair dryer was like hose on vaccum cleaner. Front desk is understaffed. Go down the road 600 meters to buy beer as hotel charges 7 Euro and you can buy at little grocery for 1.25for cold or less than a Euro for unchilled

Really lovely... It is on top of a hill very close to Vicenza but with enough distance (7 km) to allow to be surrounded by forests which bring you an almost total silence. The views are spectacular from both sides of the hotel. It is not a high luxury place, there is nothing really extravagant but you will stay in... More

This is a really nice hotel set in the Berici Hills above Vicenza. It is housed in an old building. The rooms are reasonable. Penhaligons toiletries. The public areas of the hotel and the gardens are lovely. The swimming pool is great - private balconies with loungers, bar/snack bar. The breakfast buffet was very good. It is a lovely place... Gorgeous location, such a shame poorly managed. I was there with a group and despite being booked long ago, there was just not enough staff. Those on duty were fantastic, at times literally running, sweat dripping, from table to table. I found all staff a pleasure to deal with. No wi-fi in bedrooms, so reception, lounges and even stairwell one... More

Used this hotel since 2001 and at different times of the year, beautiful location, great views, nice breakfast, clean rooms. Down sides - Wireless internet not always reliable and the dinner menu is boring.

This hotel has amazing views of the countryside, but needs a lot of work on the inside. The hallways are dark, the pool is only open in the Summer even though it is an indoor pool, the decor and artwork is from 1972 (literally signed artwork from 1972) and the biggest problem was the date of manufacture on my mattress...
