Nipped in on Friday 10th April for lunch with my wife and daughter. My daughter had home made lentil soup and a crusty bread roll which she enjoyed. My wife chose the scampi which was not the usual frozen balls..it appeared to be freshly prepared scampi/ langoustines in bread crumbs and again was enjoyable. I had the breaded haddock which... On a recent trip to the West of Scotland we visited Easedale and the Isle of Seil, This involved crossing the grand sounding 'Bridge over the Atlantic' or Clachan Bridge which is a small stone built humped bridge which crosses the 30m or so gap between the mainland and the Isle of Seil. A picturesque photo opportunity for something which... More

Jean behind the bar went the extra mile when we stopped for a pint one afternoon and were so taken with the location that we asked if she could recommend any B and Bs. She recommended the one next door, Innish, and rang Irene for us and booked us in! We had a lovely tea that night at TIgh an... More

We had a lovely lunch here in a beautiful setting overlooking the loch. We were out from Oban that day and had a lovely day on the isle of seil. I had the beef pie and mash, my friend had fish and chips. Good selection of beer and whisky, not so hot on the wine, .

We know this area well but have never stayed in this pub [although eaten there often]. The rooms were really welcoming if unusual and making our own breakfast meant we could really relax. Plenty of food provided and we really enjoyed our stay Thank you

My husband and I have been staying on the Isle in self-catering house and decided to eat out. We had been given a list of local restaurants and pubs and decided to eat here. It has a nice atmosphere, staff are lovely and the couple we sat beside were very friendly. We didn't have to wait long on our food... More

Have visited this pub many times, and it is always worth the detour from the main road. Cosy little dog friendly bar; excellent beers; smallish but interesting menu. Fish and chips tasted fresh. Very friendly girl from New Zealand served us.

Best, best, best week end ever, with it's oldy worldy charm, (a very hard working housekeeper) our bedding was pristine, more clean towels than you need and all areas very clean & tidy with a nice clean fresh smell. They left you lots of bacon & eggs in fridge (more than you need but we managed to finish it all... More

A fantastic place to visit. Great Food, Great Hospitality and Fantastic views. Thoroughly recommend a stop over here if on the West Coast of Scotland. Well worth hearing the history of this establishment, located on the Island side of the Bridge Over The Atlantic.
