The Cristall Hotel advertises itself as being in the green heart of Tuscany and shows lovely pictures on its website of the "surroundings" of the hotel. Well, the hotel is actually in what can only be described as an industrial area and the beautiful Tuscan vistas are not within proximity of the hotel. The "view" out of the window of... more
