We love coming back to Adler as you know exactly what you are going to get....... Superb service, excellent food, and an amazing luxurious spa and totally stunning location. It really does have something for everyone. Our 6 year old daughter loves the fact she can enjoy the hot thermal pools and have a massage just like Mummy, yet she... More

We stayed here for week and really enjoyed the hotel, the area and the spa! We made several day trips to surrounding hilltop villages, also made it over to Perugia in Umbria to see the torn and then your Perugina chocolate factory just outside of Perugia. Overall, a great family trip. The kids enjoyed their independence and were able to... More

My wife and I stayed here as part of a two week tour of the region. This is a very very good hotel! We have stayed here twice and it is our favourite hotel in Italy. The food, service and facilities are excellent! We regularly compare other hotels against this as it really does provide a benchmark for a first... More

Having rebooked again after a fabulous holiday last year my wife and I were apprehensive that we would not enjoy it as much. Within minutes of arriving our concerns were alleviated. This resort is special, the natural spa facilities, views of Tuscany, swimming pool, fitness facilities and classes, and most importantly the food and drink are first class. Give it... More

My wife and I and two adult girls stayed here for two wonderful nights. It was an unforgettable experience. When we arrived, saw the hot springs/pools and the views, we knew we were in a special place. I have read the other postings and agree with them. There is no finer spa experience. The food, service, grounds, activities, spa both... More

Go to the Adler Spa in the hills of Tuscany if you want good food, relaxation, hot springs to warm your body, a good massage, and serenity. Although we were only there as day guests we wish that we could have stayed for a few days. It is not inexpensive but give yourself a treat. The new wellness center has... More

I had been in Tuscany many times, mostly touring around but this time I was looking for a place to relax with my family. The spot of the hotel is impeccable: a 180 degree view of green hills, farms, olive trees, vineyard and a medieval tower. Beautiful. The hotel lays on extensive grounds and has a very well kept garden.... More

All the wonderful things written in other reviews are true - this hotel is an extraordinary place looking after the whole family - we didn't want to leave. The staff are delightful, the food excellent, the kids club really did entertain the children but, most importantly, the spa's superb and the thermal waters truly rejuvenating. Stunning setting with Beautiful walks... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Built in a country house style, the resort boasts 1000 square meters of thermal and sports swimming pools, a sauna and steam bath area delimited by the walls of an old travertine quarry. Waters are piped and chilled, and maintain their beneficial and healing properties intact: they are used for packs, hydro massages and mud therapy. The range of aesthetic treatments is wide – from the classic beauty treatments to fitness programs with different intensities; from holistic techniques for the well-being of body and mind to thermal treatments. Ayurveda is the pride of the spa: besides custom massages, you can also be examined by professional Indian doctors who, after a long session, give advices on the best health tips and diet to reach a psycho-physical well-being.The cookery is in tune with the general atmosphere. Thanks to a mix of original recipes from the Tuscan tradition and well-balanced solutions, food at Adler is divine, healthy and tasty at the same time. ... more   less
