This is probably the most beautiful place I have every stayed. The view from our balcony changed with the light....the outdoor pools were amazing....the food beyond expectation. We took 2 days trips, that were included with our package. The highlight was a visit to La Palazzetta and lunch with the family at their lovely winery. Half Board included breakfast and... More

This is the best place in Europe for a truly relaxing family holiday- fantastic staff and a lovely location. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels, but keep coming back to Adler as it's consistently excellent in service and food.

We hunted for a resort combining an interesting location, decent food/ comfortable rooms, and child facilities. Fortunately for us my wife found Adler Thermae online, as they don't seem to advertise. I was a bit sceptical about the "spa" aspect, fearing a slightly older crowd, but I was wrong. The setting is beautiful and great for Tuscan villages, facilities (including... More

This is my 3rd trip, this time in October, and it was better than ever. The staff are all friendly the food is fantastic, and the treatments relaxing. You don't need to pay for treatments as the various relaxation facilities are available to all. It's expensive but there is no reason to treat the staff as servants (which we witnessed... More

My husband and I went there for relaxation and instead we were faced with kids running and screaming in the hallway, a guest cursing at the hotel in the middle of the night and an ants infestation in our room. The good part of it is that it's well located, cities like pienza and Siena are easily reachable if you... More

This is the pinnacle experience as it combines the soul of Italy with the Teutonic organization of the Austrian family. The waters are not the highest quality healing waters in the world but there is something there. Service and food are excellent and the surroundings are stunning. I will be a regular at this place forever...

My family of 7 adults visited this hotel for a week in October 2014. The setting was amazing and mostly we enjoyed ourselves. Some of the spa treatments were disappointing. Mostly the people giving treatments were aloof and did not communicate well. The desk staff was great. The front desk was great. The dinner staff was great. The food was... More

In summary, the Hotel Adler is an impressive, spa complex with high end offerings, food, and service. There are a multitude of activities starting with the large spa with various pools and saunas, and also other activities including various biking and hiking trails. The food is extensive, generally wonderful, and varied (we opted for half board option). Service is generally... More

My wife and I booked this hotel as the highlight of our honeymoon so my expectations were very high. Unfortunately, I am afraid that my expectations were probably a little too high. LOCATION The location was gorgeous! This was definitely a beautiful location and the grounds were all very well kept. The facilities were all very nice as well. My... More
