The Palazzuolo is accommodating for groups. It is away from traffic and quiet to sleep with views of the valley. It has a nice pool and a restaurant that is open for lunch and dinner. The staff is attentive and very professional. They serve wine and olive oil from their own vineyard and olive oil factory. It is just a... More

The hotel is a fine hotel in Tuscany. I was staying as part of a group and the stay include full pension (all meals included). It is not a chain hotel in which I usually stay, but more of a local establishment. The hotel is situated in the town, but no in the middle of it which makes it easily... More

We were happy with our stay here - the grounds are pretty and it's about a 10 - 15 minute walk into the historic part of town. There's covered parking right outside the door (best for small cars) and more parking down the hill. A friendly hostess checked us in and we took the elevator to our room on the... More

Nicely located, about ten minutes walk from a wonderful small town and with a splendid view over the Tuscan countryside (large garden + terrace). Excellent outside pool (15 meters). Very friendly service. Rooms at ground floor level are good, the ones at -1 less so. Very acceptable breakfast buffet & restaurant.

Good location (town and country hotel, simultaneously). Good room and breakfast. Swimming pool to cool off after rides (in summer, of course !). Spectacular view of D`Orcia Valley. Some facilities in need of renovation (pool, for example). Free bikes. Excellent to three wine tours: 1-Brunello (Montalcino); 2-Nobile (Montepulciano); 3-Chianti (visit Dario Cechini Restaurants in Panzano)

We stayed here as part of a walking group and were made very welcome. As San Quirico is only a 7 minute walk away, it was the perfect location with lovely grounds and a view from the balcony off the dining room of the beautiful Tuscan hills. All spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and responsive to our needs.... More

A little of the beaten track but well worth spending a few nights here. My wife and I spend three nights here and the surroundings were what we envisioned from a Tuscan experience. Rolling hills, farmlands and vineyards, it was a true Tuscan delight. It was an easy drive to Siena, San Gimignano and other towns, so we did not... More

A beautifully situated hotel, very clean with a nice layout of dining room, lounge areas, pool, elevator, and good views. The front desk in the morning was presided over by an indifferent receptionist, male, who preferred to read his paper and if he spoke at all, it was with grunts. Dinner in the evenings offered very well prepared Tuscan meals,... More

The hotel is about 15 mins walking from the centre of San Quirico, where there are plenty of restaurants, with good value menus, the hotel only appears to offer a fixed price menu. Our room was spacious and clean with an excellent balcony and we overlooked both the pool ,which looked very inviting ,and the Tuscan hills and in the distance to town... More
