This is a hotel good to go with kids, family, or a group of friends. It is a very informal place, where you will wear beach clothes from the time you wake up until the end of the afternoon. There are many outdoor activities. The private beach is very calm. The place is really hot during the summer. Do not... More

I have ever heard that the highlight at Club Med is the G. O. so I was expecting great service, but that was not the case for our stay. Starting from reservation, then from the first day until last day of our stay we had really poor service, or oops service, as we calaled it It was too many oops... More

Service: Extremely poor. Plenty of GOs around, but many seem to be more busy with themselves, then pleasing the guests. Worst service was received at the reception. Upon arrival it took forever to organize an extra pair of towels and a bed for our baby. A simple water cooker was not available. Whilst paying for 3 adults, our three travel... More

Location - excellent - wonderful landscape, the area is completely surrounded by green mountains, a calm, lovely beach served by quiet sea. Installations - very good - nice architecture respecting the surroundings, average pool, spacious but not luxury rooms. Paid wifi, which is ridiculous nowadays and even more in a hotel in this level. Service - poor - the GO's... More

We have stayed in many Club Meds over the last 30 years and unfortunately, we were slightly disappointed with this one. The location can't be faulted - stunning surroundings, a curved, private, sandy beach set against mountains covered by rain forest. Beautiful gardens which were well maintained and full of birds. I also saw several iguanas, marmosets, crabs by the... More

The service was note good at all. To get one hair dryer took me 4 calls and 24h. I arrived at 14:20. They told me I should wait until 15h to do my check in. At 16h I had to complain to get a room. The all inclusive service is not good. You need to walk to a another restaurant... More

Went to spend the holiday and had one of the best experiences of our lives! The staff was always happy and ready to help and serve. Beautiful people and the accommodations were faultless. Food was very good and had a lot of activities for grownups and children. They have a "calm pool" where kids are not allowed which gives us... More

Before visiting, I read many bad reviews about this Resort that made me think a lot to decide whether to go or not. Going straight to the point, I decided to take my wife and little son e the impression was POSITIVE. Will briefly try to put here people's bad and good points. #1 - What I noticed was: negative... This hotel is a 3 stars priced for 5. The place is beautiful. The food is low quality, alcoholic drinks are cheap quality, no fresh juices, coconut, all is concentrated . If you dont mind for good food and drinks , you will enjoy . I just think is not worthed what they charge.

This was my first experience in a Club Med - couldn't have been worst. The pools not clean enough, bars with low quality products (resulting in horrible drinks...), unprepared and not polite crew at the reception, toilets and overall facilities are getting old and seriously run down. The beach is way too dirty - in two days I haven´t seen... More
