Had One of the best holidays ever at this beautiful resort. The GO's are simply the Best I offer my sincere thanks to Alejandro reception for his help and making my holiday so memorabile , along with Simone , Marcelo, Francesco,Andrea (excursions) Palito, & irelando. I never felt alone, it was fun all the way. Each GO kept me great... More

Food is biggest disappointment, I guess it is too difficult to prepare a good buffet for hundreds of guests so you end up eating "canned" food. Children mini club is nice. Rooms are ok and clean but design is old. Overall you cannot help to think that the Club Med concept (of all integrated in 1 unique place) will die,... More

We had been warmly welcome during all our stay by the chef of the village, and he is really a nice guy. I did n't met all his team but i had very good interaction with the tennis instructors and at the reception with Amanda for my reservation and Bruna which i appreciated a lot with her smile and energy... I ran away from this "hide away"! This is definitely a place for young brasilians and particularly families! 1.) TRANSFER (Caution: very pricy!!!) Far away! If you go there from GIG, spend some time for organizing your transfer. The transfers organized by Club Med, are overpriced! 2.) CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE Generally I got one of the refurbished rooms, but even... More

This is a hotel good to go with kids, family, or a group of friends. It is a very informal place, where you will wear beach clothes from the time you wake up until the end of the afternoon. There are many outdoor activities. The private beach is very calm. The place is really hot during the summer. Do not... More

I have ever heard that the highlight at Club Med is the G. O. so I was expecting great service, but that was not the case for our stay. Starting from reservation, then from the first day until last day of our stay we had really poor service, or oops service, as we calaled it It was too many oops... More

Service: Extremely poor. Plenty of GOs around, but many seem to be more busy with themselves, then pleasing the guests. Worst service was received at the reception. Upon arrival it took forever to organize an extra pair of towels and a bed for our baby. A simple water cooker was not available. Whilst paying for 3 adults, our three travel... More

Location - excellent - wonderful landscape, the area is completely surrounded by green mountains, a calm, lovely beach served by quiet sea. Installations - very good - nice architecture respecting the surroundings, average pool, spacious but not luxury rooms. Paid wifi, which is ridiculous nowadays and even more in a hotel in this level. Service - poor - the GO's... More

We have stayed in many Club Meds over the last 30 years and unfortunately, we were slightly disappointed with this one. The location can't be faulted - stunning surroundings, a curved, private, sandy beach set against mountains covered by rain forest. Beautiful gardens which were well maintained and full of birds. I also saw several iguanas, marmosets, crabs by the... More

The service was note good at all. To get one hair dryer took me 4 calls and 24h. I arrived at 14:20. They told me I should wait until 15h to do my check in. At 16h I had to complain to get a room. The all inclusive service is not good. You need to walk to a another restaurant... More
