About 1 hour from Rio airport. Great beach.Food was really good, leisure facilities good. Rooms a little basic but you can walk from the patio door in your room straight onto the beach. The place is extremely relaxing. Not 100% sure about the water quality in the sea. But went in for a couple of swims and no issue. Overall,... More

The place is absolutely gorgeous. Close to Rio is a quiet location with a great structure. Arrives at hotel 11 pm room distant from reception had to make 3 requests for new keys, air-con not working properly. Request of room change made and informed hotel full now we find out under 30% occupancy ! Not suitable for teens, looks good... More

Beautiful place with a gorgeous beech and great views of the ocean and surrounding area. I stayed here during World Cup and although the rooms are dated and need upgrading (by European standards) they we're clean and comfortable. My room opened out directly on to the beech and was only ~50 metres from the waters edge. It did feel like... More

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The rooms are very much from the 1970s and do not appear to have been upgraded since then. The air conditioning did not work in the first room we were given and the room smelled moldy. When we asked to move to another room, the air conditioning was not much better. The furnishings... More

Amazing resort with attractions to all ages and all moods. A "can't lose" attractions is the Safari where you can see several animals in their natural habitat. There are a very good entertainment area for kids with monitors that you can leave your children and have fun in the delicious restaurants, beach or pools.

The trip will take about one hour and fifteen minutes. The hotel has been improved since its opening and today offers a large array of options, beside a "private" beach. I call it "private" because by the Brazilian constitution no beach can be called so...There are boats to rent and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. A nice swimming... More

It seems to be a family destination favorite: kids can get entertained while their parents rest; while for couples it is not so wonderful. As a resort, you are kind of stuck in it. If the weather is good, you can spend the day on the beach, otherwise, despite of the different activities, you'll soon get bored. There is a... More
