There was nothing particularly good about this hotel. The animation team were not very friendly to the british. There were groups of swiss families, which were very nasty to the british kids. When reported to the hotel, they were not interested. The rooms had cockroaches and were not very clean. The food was ok, but nothing to write home about.... more

We really recommend the Louis chain. We'd read all the reviews on this site before booking individually ourselves (saved a fortune by booking cyprus airline flights seperately) and were delighted with the holiday. Yes the rooms were a tad dated and yes the food got a bit boring but the huge selling point of this place was the brilliant kids... more

The first thing to say is that the staff are brilliant - very efficient and attentive. The pool area is lovely and the general surroundings are very picturesque. However, the accomodation really lets this hotel down. It is very basic and old fashioned. You have to switch on the hot water 30 mins before using it - which can be... more

We have just returned from a 10 night stay in this lovely accommodation. Basic but spacious, there are lots of ants about but this is due to the surroundings lots of beautiful flowers, rocks and trees. We stayed on an all inclusive basis. The staff were lovely especially Romona and the kids club staff were excellent as well. The pool... more

We had a lovely fortnight's holiday. It was a bit quiet when we first arrived (early season) but got busier by the second week. The kids club was excellent. My 2 year old daughter couldn't wait to go every day and my 6 month old baby went every afternoon for a lovely long sleep. The staff were excellent and even... more

Myself, my partner and 3 year old daughter have just returned from this hotel and have had the best time, the only moan I have is that 2 weeks was not long enough. We booked a 1 bedroomed apartment on all inclusive basis. The accom was furnished to a high standard and the room was immaculate. Maid service came 5... more

My family and I have stopped at this hotel on three separate occasions and could only fault one thing, and that was my fault, I left the balcony door open one night and some alien insect crept into my sons shoe for us to find the next day! We went self catering and ate in the restaurant regularly or at... more
