Just returned from yet another lovely holiday staying at Debbie Xenia and will return without a doubt. This small family run hotel / appartment is exceptional value for money and nicely located just off the main Pernera strip making it an ideal base to reach the beach, harbour and shops, restaurants (all just 5 mins slow walk in 40degree heat).... Got back last week and had a brilliant holiday. Owner Nicos and his family make you so welcome. We had a one bedroom apartment and it was more than big enough. The air con ( 10 euros a week) is in the bedroom which is lovely at night but makes the living area very humid. We hired a fan ( 10... More

After a 12 night stay in the middle of July we echo the previous reviews. All staff very friendly, overall quite spacious with good facilities, however many items are in need of replacement/refurbishment. This does appear to be being addressed as the sun umbrellas were being replaced during our stay with the loungers to follow. We didn't sample the hotel... More

Myself and my husband returned from Cyprus (Debbie Xenia) on Wednesday. We were attending a wedding at Capo Bay and so wanted somewhere within a short taxi ride to stay. We stayed half board for one week, and I have absolutely no complaints. The hotel is quite small, with only 35 rooms, but I think this gives it a more... More

Have just returned from the Debbie Xenia; Good points: The price was reasonable The Manager, Nicos, and his bar staff were very nice and helpful. Broken fridge was immediately replaced. Pool area was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds Quiet area and a good location for the beach and main street. Bad Points: The cleaning left a lot to... More

Stayed for 3 nights apartment was clean but basic with plenty of room and a separate bedroom. Price was 30 euro a night but had to pay 5 euro a night for air con but this was for a party of 4 people and was certainly worth it. Lovely large pool away from all the noise ideal for couples or... More

Stayed here for 2 weeks in June 2011 with my girlfriend. We were given a studio apartment, which overlooked the pool. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly, especially the young boy who served us our food in the cafe area. Were disappointed that we had to pay extra for air conditioning, which in my opinion should have... More

Upon arrival, was a mix up with the rooms, but things did get sorted out. Rooms are very basic and you do have to pay for all extras which should probably be standard (i.e. TV, air con, kitchen self-catering equipment). However, for the price we paid, couldnt really complain. Good points: - breakfast freshly made and not buffet style -... More
