Have never felt the need to write a review before, but really wanted to warn potential holidaymakers about the Polycarpia. We booked it as a 4 star all-inclusive package, but ended up very disappointed and ultimately changing hotels. The Hotel was very tired and run down, the rooms were poorly equipped. The tennis court was dilapidated and not really useable... More

Just returned from three weeks in the Polycarpia. We had a wonderful time and the staff were very professional, friendly and efficient-in fact they couldn't do enough for us. The Polycarpia is a modern hotel with two large swimming pools-there were plenty of sunbeds to go around. The pools were spotlessly clean and well cared for.We were in the pool most afternoons and... Supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but not much more than 2. The Catering and Bar service was good, but could not say the same about housekeeping. First room we went to had a cot in it, no hand towels and a broken shower. Asked to be moved which we were and here we found that the telephone didn't... More

We stayed here last week in order to attend a wedding in Protaras. The hotel is clean but the room was a little shabby - we had taps away from the bathroom wall and a corner of our room had been tidied up obviously following a roof leak. There are very few electric sockets (British style, so no need for... More

I stayed here with my parents and best friend, it was a very expensive holiday but it looked like a good hotel so thought nothing of it. We went all inclusive which was pretty great, although we never went to breakfast lunch and dinner was great! At lunch they did great toasted sandwiches although they never did a BBQ as... More

This was the seventh time in eight years we had stayed in this area of Protaris, previously having a very mixed amount of luck with a two-week half board stays at different hotels in this resort in the past. This is always our second holiday of the year being every September/October, so budget is all important. I debated for a... More

My and my boyfriend stayed here 31st August - 14th September 2013, both of us aged 21 and were half board. We booked with jet2 holidays. Firstly we got a bit worried when we were the only 2 that got on our transfer bus at this hotel but, too late to change anything now! Anyway, got to our room, that... More
