I have stayed at this establishment on two occasions during February. If you want a sterile impersonal hotel room, go and stay at the Premier Inn. If you want a homely experience, with the best of home comforts, consider this place for either business or pleasure. I have always been very fussy about establishments I stay in for business, and... Stayed here in August and, as we were the first guests to arrive, we were put into the Honeymoon Suite. It is a truly beautiful house and extremely comfortable. Our room had a view of the sea, tea/coffee and bottles of water, trouser press, small fridge, an ingenious ensuite located behind what looked like a sliding wardrobe. The house was... More

We came hereby accident due to a double booking at our original choice of accommodation but boy were we pleased with this mistake. Agnes Graham the landlady made us very welcome. We were travelling with elderly parents aged 87 and 89 and she had so much time for them chatting to them about old Larne which they loved. Personally the... More

I stayed in the Manor Guest House in early November, I found it very clean and comfortable. The collection of pictures, tapestries and furniture makes the house unique. Miss Graham was an excellent hostess and made a fantastic breakfast in the morning including home-made wheaten bread. I would recommend a stay here to anyone and will use it again when... More

I recently stayed here for 2 nights in October. It was home from home, and Miss Graham was a wonderful hostess. She was concerned that the room might not be warm enough ...I'm from Australia...so took time to explain how to change the temperature. The room was just lovely...warm, very clean and had everything, including tea and coffee facilities. The... More

If you are looking for a B&B in Larne, well this is definitely the place to go. It just could not be beaten. My sister and I and our dog stayed here for 1 week recently and didn't want to leave. Agnes and the girls couldn't have made our stay any more pleasant. The house is absolutely beautiful, extremely interesting... More

I stayed with Ms Grahame for 10 nights in May 2013, and from the minute I walked through the door till the day I left, I had a most enjoyable stay, from the welcome nothing was of any troble for this lady, my room, the food (wow!!), and the small things like, taking the time to have a quick chat... We really enjoyed our two nights here in the care of Miss Graham's warm, friendly, and gracious hospitality. She has been operating this B & B for 50 years and has made the place her own. Filled with her wonderful collections of Victorian artifacts, tapestries, and needlepoint copies of famous paintings, all set off by Victorian wallpapers and woodwork, we... More

The location is great, quite near the ferry and train, restaurants, etc. We were greeted upon arrival by Agnes, who was wonderful to us throughout our stay, very welcoming, she really made us feel at home. The decor is 100% Victorian, and beautifully done, which we enjoyed very much. Our rooms were beautiful and spacious and well appointed with anything... More

This was our second time staying at this wonderful House. One of the best B & Bs we have stayed in and, we have stayed in several. Miss Graham is so welcoming and accommodating. It must cost her an arm & a leg to heat her period, fabulously furnished HOME. It was never cold, on the contrary. Beautifully furnished with... More
