Firstly, if you're going to Benicassim festival and you need a local hotel, this certainly fits the bill. It's about 20-30 mins walk to the festival. It could be 10, but the festival organisers have stupidly placed the entrance as far away from all the hotels as possible, and the police make you walk an extra 20 minutes round instead... More

Selected this hotel due to its close proximity to festival site, which it is, however the festival organisers have made the walk to the entrance as far away as possible. The 10 minute walk becomes more like 40 minutes. The reception staff are excellent, they arranged extra pillows and an engineer for the air con in minutes. All staff are... More

I've been recently there with my family together with other 250 people from an EU agency. Overall we loved the hotel: clean, nice even if not particularly new and fancy ,great meals and very efficient and polite personnel. Unfortunately this does not apply to the Reception: we were the first from this huge group who arrived at the hotel and... More

We stayed there during a football tournament in Benicassim. The hotel is OK and has many facilities (big open-air parking lot, swimming pool, big canteen, etc.). However, I'd expect more from a 4-star hotel. The swimming pool didn't have a bar and they were not serving drinks, you had to order by yourself. The rooms were OK but you could... More

Big hotel, used often by group tours, thus filling up the breakfast restaurant to its limits (450 rooms available). Balcony was appreciated. Nice swimming pool, although it was too cold yet for people using it. Looks being a good family hotel at prices (pre-season) which are very reasonable. The beach is not far away and the promenade is very broad... More

Stayed at this hotel for fib 2013, for 7 night. No option to pay room only, so took half board. Hotel was nice, basic but nice. Bonus is the fridge in room. In my view this hotel is way over priced, we paid just over £100 per night? The pool are is great, nice bar and seated area. Was a... More

we booked 2 rooms for 1 night at this hotel spontaneously. unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. the receptionist first gave us a room that had grease smell coming from the kitchen via air conditioner. we could not stand the smell for 2 minutes and went back to the reception. he said sorry please try this new room. we got... Good choice for families. The rooms are a little outdated but in general the hotel is ok. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is good. Very convenient if you travel with kids, there are a lot of activities for them. In average a very good value.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for Benicassim music festival, was apprehensive as never been before- was brilliant. Hotel istelf is lovely, pool was big and lots of us beds around it. The bar was lovely, lots of bar staff about with waiter service. Shops just down the road. Beach just down the road. The festival was within walking distance, but... More

Pricing is ok but elevators are a disastor - there is not enough elevator capacity and regularly they are broke. Service is limited and breakfast buffet is dull. But at the price, what else to expect.
