i had a hard time contacting this resort. nobody answers the phone, tried calling for 2 days, 2 days.. to no avail. we know we needed a boat ride to get there, in short, we got lost for lack of proper directions and i blame that on the resort. if you have a business, the least you can do is... This resort doesn't give a hoot about their customers. We tried calling for 2 days to get directions and boat transfer informations but nobody answers their phone. When I contacted the island itself, I was told to call their sales rep, I did that and for good measure tried calling all the numbers listed in their website, for two days.... More

We've visited the island now 3 times and I can't get enough of it. One of the reviews says 3 nights stay was a mistake, true 3 might be too long as the island is only small. We stayed one night on our first visit and it was not enough, then two days the next and it was fun. The... More

I stayed for 3 nights with family, big mistake. This is a nice spot and the staff are friendly but there are a lot of them and they don't really tidy or clean the place that well. Nalusuan island is used by very many day trippers, but there are incredibly few litter bins, so the place can get messy quite... More

On our 2nd time to visit Cebu, we were specifically looking for a good resort, with a wonderful beach, near Mactan, which is within our budget. There were lots of wonderful beaches to go to, but they are about 3-4 hours away from Mactan Int'l. Airport and we don't have that luxury of time for just a weekend escapade. It... More

There were 4 of us, and due to time constraints only stayed one night at the resort. It was perfect!! We were taken to the island by motor boat. Our cottages were on stilts, and over the water, and our patios had breathtaking views of the different shades of the blue waters. We watched the change of the high and... More

I'm surprised at how underrated this place is. We went here last February 2014, a little hesitant to stay the hotel due to mixed reviews of the place. But when we got there, we were greeted with warm hospitality by the staff, and the breathtaking views of the small island. Its a very small island which you could tour in... More

The place is wonderful. It would be nice if they will be able to preserve the cleanliness of the island and protect the marine life surrounding the place. It's a great snorkeling and diving destination, clear waters and a lot of fish and corals. Accommodation was nice, they had nice staff and polite. Also, the owner was very accommodating. BUT,... We stayed here for 2 nights in april. It was about a 45min boat ride from cebu to resort and 1hr back(rougher water going back). Once we arrived we were greeted with shell necklaces by the staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff carried our bags to our room and informed us where restraunt and rental items were located.... More

This was the smallest island we've ever stayed in. It's only about 1 hectare so having the cottages on stilts allowed for several cottages without compromising space. We absolutely loved our stay there! It was about 1 hour from Mactan Island by banka. The staff was very accommodating and the manager was great. We went scuba diving in the marine... More
