Great day trip destination if staying on Mactan Island. We hired a pump boat from one of the locals at Marigondon for 1500 PHP. The trip only takes about 40 minutes. Entrance to the island is 200 PHP per person. Upon arrival we were created with the stunning view of the long boardwalk to the island siting in crystal clear... More

I'm SO glad I received a recommendation to spend the last two days of my trip on Nalusuan. The owners and staff have done an amazing job of retaining a genuine island feel and community vibe. I loved that there are minimal accommodations and that the stilt cottages each have a view of the open ocean. Saw some beautiful fish... More

We stayed for 3 nights on Nalusuan in March. Whilst busy with other tourists in the day, we had the island almost to ourself in the evening. It must still be a hidden secret! Rooms on the sea, gorgeous views. Fresh sea food for lunch and dinner and the most hospitable staff. We loved the snorkelling, kayaking and ping pong... More

This is a place one shouldn't miss when in Mactan, Cebu. You can have a half day tour or stay there for a night or so. Just 3,500 php per stilt cottage or get the cheaper by 6 persons room at 6,000 php. Very affordable but the rooms are quite small and no hot water or coffee inside provided. Everything... More

I found the place to be great for snorkeling for from the moment you jump into the water fish swarm around you. I also find that the fish are of many different varieties. It's really worth the Php 200 entrance fee. Since it is a part of the sea swimmers should watch out for the triggerfish and some jellyfish in... More

We went there last Sunday, March 22. In our way their, i was so entertained by the birds dancing at the top of the floating styro balls which was put in the barrier of the island property. Upon arriving, really wanna jump right away coz i thought its shallow for the water is really clear, then friendly people approached us... More

I have been trying to book this accomodation for some time now but could never get any responses. Fortunately I finally found a reliable email for bookings: annmenca.mktg@gmail.com Whilst staying at this accomodation I was fortunate enough to meet the lovely Mendoza Family who are the resort owners and provided this feedback to them. Bookings can also be made via... More

While this small less than 29 room resort had an annoying policy of requiring a bank deposit of 50 per cent of one' stay instead of the far more convenient option of giving a credit card number, i made up for this peeving shortfall by having excellent snorkelling off the pier. The resort is reached by prearranged bangka transfer from... More

Nalusuan is an island in from of Cebu city. Amazing place with a fish sanctuary, you can do scuba diving, snorkling, and enjoy the food, beach, and cottages. I was there for three times during my holidays with my family.

I am from the Philippines but never thought we have this kind of paradise in Cebu! if not because of our travel organizer Cebu Exclusive Holiday, we would not be able to visit this beautiful sanctuary just a boat a way from our province. We were able to see different kind of fishes, it was awesome! Nalusuan is the best... More
