With a 6.30 am flight check-in time, we decided to book a hotel close to Suvarnabhumi BKK airport, rather than stay in the city. We did not expect 'big city' hotel features, and as such it did not disappoint. The hotel offers a complimentary pick-up/drop of shuttle service to/from the airport. The only slight 'glitch' with this was on our... More

Hotel is located 15 away from the airport and is not really located close to anything more than a 7 eleven down the block and a few other very local roadside very small eateries so I suggest to use the restaurant at the hotel which is b pretty nice and standard. In regards to the hotel rooms, it's nice and... More

I had to wait for an hour and a half for my room to be ready despite the fact that the hotel had been told that I would be arriving early after an overnight flight. Not happy! The room is OK. Towels which once were white are grey and threadbare. Restaurant meals are poor. Staff are pleasant.

I paid about $85 for an overnight stopover, I was there less than 8 hours. The hotel was rather tired looking, and the room I was given was not very clean- crumbs on the floor, hair in the bathroom. The airport shuttle was efficient and convenient & check-in was fast. I could have spent less than half that price to... More

Nice alternative for airport stopover if you don't mind taking the 15 min transfer (free shuttle) from airport to Hotel. It is a much cheaper option (Novotel is twice the price, it is however the only Hotel situated at the airport). Everything completely satisfactory and very comfortable an overnight stay. I stay near Bangkok airport twice per year... My advise... More

The taxi driver lost the way to the hotel. It took us more than 1/2 hour from the city center to the hotel. It is about 15-20 drive to and from the suvarnbhumi airport. The hotel itself is a bit tired out though. Staff are nice! We have given two free drinks coupons upon arrival. The hotel did provide us... More

I travelled to Thailand with a group of professional friends (lawyers and doctors). On our way back to Toronto we had a 6 hours stop over at Bangkok. Hence we decided to book the room to take a shower during our stop. We emailed the hotel in advance letting them know that we only need the room for 3 hours... More

It is NOT an airport hotel in comparison with any others i have stayed in. NOT geared for Business traveller and not guest friendly at the Front Desk at all. Airport Rep (in pink) - FANTASTIC service!!... Waited for minibus 30 minutes. Drive then to the hotel 20 minutes. Waited to CHECK IN 20 minutes!! Dreadful service at front desk... More

In my quest to save a few dollars I selected this hotel for an overnight stay between flights as I thought it was much cheaper than the Novotel where we have stayed on several other occasions. My math skills let me down when I was converting Thai Bhat to Australian Dollars as our accommodation cost ended up being not much... More

Although it was only a very short stay (less than 7 hours) in order to catch a connecting flight from Bangkok to Koh Samui (Thailand), my fiancé and I were unimpressed that we were in a room that was not only stuffy with poor ventilation, but smelt like a smoking room despite asking for and being assured that it was... Dear ChiangLim, Thank you for being our guest and for sharing your feedback with us through TripAdvisor. I noted that your room had a cigarette smell and apologize for the inconvenience.
