I stayed at this Hotel while I was on a business retreat. The staffs are professional and are aware of the concepts of customer service. They have a wonderful lobby and good seating arrangement. The Hotel rooms are a bit pricey but it comes with great value as the room is equipped with all modern facilities. There are indoor gaming... More

Went there quite a few times, the last time being probably October 2013. The hotel's location's good. Very spacious rooms at a reasonable rate. Fantastic view of the ocean although that won't last much longer due to the rising buildings up ahead. Service could be a little better.food was OK.

The hotel is beautiful and its swimming pool is good enough. Staffs are very cordial and helpful with smiling faces (except the front desk lady, never mind ).But the only problem is distence between the hotel and beach. Its far from beach in comparison with other standard hotels. Dont worry its not that far. You may walk or take a rickshaw.... More

We were a big group, stayed 3 nights at Hotel Sea Palace while visiting Cox's Bazar and Saint Martin last year. The hotel is nicely placed in Kalatoli only a few minutes walk from the beach and shopping area. Three wheeler is also easily available to move anywhere. We came early in the morning, long before the check in time,... More

Rooms are good but bed is not comfortable at all. I stayed there crown plaza. They have no inner restaurant and buffet. For complementary breakfast you have to go out. Its front side has become like a jungle. Swimming pool is useless. In a word it is just like a standard hotel.Staffs are well behaved but not of high quality... More
