I recently returned from my second saltwater fishing trip with Club Grand Slam. Greg and Lupita run a great operation. It's a fisherman's place. The accommodations are new and clean and of course Lupita's cooking is top notch. But the real deal is Ascension Bay and the fantastic fishing. Our guides worked hard to get us on fish. Highly recommend... More

I just returned from Club Grand Slam and could not have asked for a better all around experience..Greg had told me that it was "Off season" but that was the only part that was off.The fishing and accommodations were both off the chart. Lupitas cooking is second to none and if you leave the table hungry it will be no... More

My fishing buddy and i returned for aur 3rd time to Greg and Lupita's perfect "end-of-the-road" fly fishing paradise. Once again, great food, great guides, excellent and varied fly fishing experiences, confortable and spacious accomodations and stimulating conversaitons. the food and boat trips through the mangroves of themselves are worth the trip. Even with windy and sketchy weather, the fishing... More

From the warm welcome when we arrived (late, thanks to Virgin....airlines that is), until we departed 10 days later, we couldn't have had better, friendlier service from Greg (host), Lupita great cook), Maria (service with a smile), and Francisco and Danny (the great fishing guides) who had to put up with our incompetence as we were out with them fishing... My friend and I stumbled across Club Grand Slam last year while looking for a more reasonable alternative to the pricy Belize lodge we had gone to the year before. It was ranked #1 in Punta Allen and completely lived up to the billing, with great guides, great hospitality and great food. We immediately began thinking about a return trip,... More

Back for the third year in a row, we had a top flight experience, as we've come to expect. Greg and Lupita welcomed us as old friends with magagaritas at the ready. Their operation is really solid now, with everything working like a well oiled machine. Lupita's food continues to be the best Mexican food that I've ever had in... More

I tried bone fishing for the first time last year intending it to be a once in a lifetime experience i.e. bucket list. It was so enjoyable I decided to do it again. On the advice of a friend (Bob posted a review last year) I went to a different lodge, Club Grand Slam. I was not disappointed. Capt. Greg... More

Where do i start....my wife and I are avid travellers and fisho's and always try and incorporate a fishing trip in amongst a holiday. After plenty of research our information continually led us to Club Grand Slam. Hospitality is probably not the right word for this place, its more like family. Capt. Greg and Lupita were simply outstanding with Lupita's... More

This was our first trip to Club Grand Slam and I'm sure there will be more to come (hopefully soon). To sum up our trip, all I can really say is that everything was great! This is what a fishing lodge should be. Everyday at Club Grand Slam held the possibility of being one of our best days out on... More

I have fished with Club Grand Slam for the past 2 years and plan on returning next Spring. G reg and Lupita run the best, most authentic and most rewarding Caribbean fishing operation I have experienced. I have fished all over the Caribbean and Florida. Punta Allen is one of the few places where a fly fisherman has a reasonable... More
