“Last night of the rally heading home”

The location of this hotel is not great BUT.. it was close to the ferry port, easy to get to having just driven direct from our hotel in Lisbon. Parked the car safely underground, room as fine, straight to dinner which again was fine, realy breakfast before heading off to the port for the ferry home - again fine. So...... More

“Big hotel good rates but not nice location”

Great rate : 77€ for a really comfortable, clean and well maintained room Really helpful and efficient reception staff even at 5AM offering us a coffee ... “Best service”

We booked the Hotel for a 1 night stay with both our 2 labrador dogs. The Hotel staff were fantastic and they not only were very welcoming to us, but also gave a gift pack to each of our dogs. Really nice large bath after a long ferry trip was lovely.

“Your usual standard chain hotel”

Situated some way out from Bilbao, fortunately the metro systems are easy to navigate and run till quite late. Service in the hotel was much better during the day, the breakfast at 15 euros each was okay and you could ask for a few extras to be cooked, but is expensive when Bilbao has so many places to eat. “Handy for ferry”

Have used this hotel for stopping overnight after arriving at Bilbao from Portsmouth. It is relatively easy to find coming from the ferry terminal and is close to the main motorways to enable a quick start to be made in the morning. good location for shopping and exibition centre. lovely pool area and safe basement parking. clean tidy hotel easy access to motorway. no problem in chosing to use again if needed big hotel so reception can get busy
