I very much enjoyed my stay, the standards of cleanliness and service were very good and breakfast was substantial. The wifi signal was strong and did not cut out intermittently allowing me to make skype calls from my room with out any hiccups. The location is also only a 10 minute walk to the central roundabouts which was very handy.

stayed here for 2 weeks in april will work for the PA. Very good value for money. First 4 days in a service apartment room - very spacious - good cooking facilities - only problem is that the sink/stove etc go along the window side so no real view. then moved to normal room on the road side. it has... My main criticism of the Royal Court Suites is that it's quite a business-y, characterless place. My room was large and well-appointed, the restaurant good and the location of the place is ideal. But it could have been in any city of the world... Anyway, the staff were very helpful and well-informed and a new Tourist Information Centre has just... More

I come back here each time I am hear(this is my fifth visit I think), because the people are so helpful and make you feel like family. I think the hotel is where a lot of NGO visitors stay, and the staff speak excellent English and can fix everything needed, including transport and tourist visits. The hotel has definitely been... We were not sure what to expect of this hotel, however we were positively surprised. Our room was big with a balcony and the bathroom seemed to have been newly refurbished. Only downside was that the room faced the road so there were some noise particularly in the morning. The breakfast at the hotel was ok. Nothing fancy, but it... More

We overnighted and were happy with everything: large, attractive room and an excellent varied breakfast. They were nicely full with other guests who were clearly just as happy. All working well despite very heavy snowfall. A good choice for orienting yourself before exploring the West Bank.

I stayed in The Royal Court Suites Hotel for almost two weeks, and found the experience to be excellent. The Reception personnel are without exception helpful, responsive and willing to "go the extra mile" to meet the guests' requests. Rana, the morning receptionist, even tried to teach me Arabic! I had a corner room, which meant that I had two... More

We stayed at the Royal Court for nearly 3 weeks in August and were happy with every aspect of our stay. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Always had hot water, clean towels and clean sheets. The staff - from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant - is very friendly and accommodating... More

The location could not be better, with lots of first class restaurants in walking distance. The suites are generously furnished and comfortable. Staff are very helpful. The views from the upper floor room balconies of the town, the park opposite the hotel, and the sunsets are great. And it is such good value!
