Tucked up on a hillside just outside Dufftown. Superb countryside all around you - not much noise - warm and comfortable accommodation - great staff. Dufftown is nice to walk around and some easy walks in the surrounds too. Short drives to charming places. Adults and children will both enjoy Parkmore and this part of Scotland and you you may... Have stayed here for many years now on our annual fishing trip, in many of the different cottages. All are great, comfortable and well equipped and spotless. The staff in the office are wonderful;anything that needs sorted gets sorted with a smile and they are always very welcoming. Well done everyone. I have no hesitation in recommending this place. We stayed in the Isla Lodge which was wonderful, the bbq hut was amazing and was made full use of on New Year's Day which made is quite special. It was such a relaxing break away although the snow decided to make a reappearance so we were unsure as to how well we would travel down the access road. It... More

We took over the whole complex in order to accommodate the many guests attending my sons wedding. The venue and the accommodation are superb and the setting and views are spectacular. On the day after the wedding we used the BBQ house to hold a lunchtime BBQ for those guests who were still in the area/staying at the venue and... More

We took over the complex of Parkmore for our wedding and all extended family and friends fitted into all th individual cottages. Each was unique but stunning in its own way. Ourselves as the bridal couple stayed in Isla Lodge which was absolutely fantastic with its own little BBQ hut which we used for a huge family BBQ on the... More

We booked to stay in the Farmhouse for a week with extended family as we were up for a wedding at Drummuir Castle. Unfortunately it decided to snow VERY HEAVILY a couple of days before we arrived thus cutting power to the cottage. Nonetheless Viv and Diane couldn't be more helpful and organised candles, wind-up torches and lit the fires... More

Our cottage, the Corn Loft was adorable and comfortable. This self-catering accomodation is a super value if you are looking for a base to explore castles, whiskey, or outdoor activities. The staff are very helpful, and the sheep Cuthbert and Rover are ready to greet you, as well. The kitchen was well appointed,. with coffee, tea, and biscuits ready for... More

Have just spent a wonderful week with friends in Straw End. Lovely welcome from Heather...thank you Heather. Cottage perfect in every way. Good value for money. View magnificent. Beautiful peaceful environment. Absolutely nothing we disliked. So close to home so no long drive to our destination . However, it felt like we were far away from our homes in Elgin!... More

We spent a marvelous week at Parkmore Holiday Cottages to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary. This was the first time we had been back to Parkmore without the kids and the first time we had stayed in Isla Lodge which I understand was only recently built. We had no fears that it would be top quality accommodation as this is... More
