Would recommend. extremely impressed with yellow guest house especially considering the remote location of Taman Negara and how horrible most of the other hostels are in town. Rooms are Massive and clean with big washroom attached and large balcony. 6 rooms in total, all privates with attached bathroom. 2 are in main building (slightly smaller but get wifi in room... This place gives you what you get for a cheap price: rooms are very basic and even though some comments said the rooms are dirty, mine was pretty clean and I had no insects in my rooms. You also have to consider that is pretty tough to not have insects in a place which is next to a jungle!! Owner... More

We stayed here, the four of us, i.e. 2 adults and 2 kids on two separate nights for just rm80 a night. The room had 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. There was AC, fan, electric kettle, packets of tea n coffee, towels, soaps. Attached toilet had hot water shower n the room also had a balcony where you... More

Helpful owner, pretty clean for Asian standards, definitely spotty wifi, but a pretty good place to stay for a couple nights while checking out the awesome jungle across the river. Free tea and coffee with your stay is a bonus

We arrived at the Guesthouse and asked the owner if the room/area would be ok with all the surrounding flooding happening and he assured us it would be fine. The cleaner came to us and said we should get alternate accommodation as the rooms floods every year and this would not be different. And at 1am the rooms had to... More

We stayed in the old part of the hostel, which was not too clean (we were charged 60RM instead of 80; this should have warned us...). The sink was leaking and we did not have a warm shower (room 2). The owner tried to make us believe that he wasn't aware of these problems. However he did not fix it... More

We headed straight to Yellow Guesthouse but checked out a room at the nearby chalets on the way. While costing more (100MYR for 3 people rather than 80) Yellow was far and away the best option. Very clean room with fridge and tea/coffee facilities and spotless bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Only negative is the paint on the walls comes off... More

Super nice guest house with decent rooms and very sweet owner. The yellow guesthouse has rooms in various price classes. We stayed in the cheapest option RM40 with fan and ac and shared bathroom. The owner knows just everything about where to go when and how and is very helpful and sweet. There is coffee, tea and water for the... More

We send an email to make a reservaties but did not get an answer. When we arrived in the village we went to the guest house and were able to get a room. The rooms are quite big and equiped with airco (which is very nice to have in summer), private bathroom and balcony. The friendly man running the guest... More
