Me and my sons we stayed there for two nights. We arrived to Kuala Tahan at night and our booking in Yellow Guesthouse was canceled without notice to us. So we was looking for new place and in a few minutes we found Agoh Chalet where was vacant. It was at 10,30pm! Staff was very nice and willing and we... More

the location is next door to floating restaurants and jetty. there are shops about so if you need a few simple things like kampung adidas, drinks and food. do note the area is primarily a Muslim community, so be conservative in your dressing and alcohol drinking. the rooms are so-so clean. i heard from friends, their rooms had problem with... We stayed 2 nights in a twin chalet as the location was very good and the staff very friendly. When we were there they were still recovering from the very bad floods a few weeks before so we werent expecting anything luxurious and this accomodation was fine for us. The shower worked, and there was aircon which was a bonus.... More

Had a good 3 night stay here. Clean rooms with a decent sized bathroom. Close to restaurants and the boat to the rainforest. Free wifi by the reception area. The staff were cool and we tried Durian for the first time. Must say it's horrible lol! I would stay here again for sure.

Agoh Chalet is well located in Kuala Tahan, just a quick stroll down to the jetty to cross to the national park. That said, so is most of the accommodation in the town. The place is cheap - about 50 ringgit / £10 a night for a twin room. Remarkably for that price the rooms have air-con, which you will... More

Agoh Chalet is located at the heart of Kuala Tahan. Very accessible and easy to spot. The room rate is affordable. The owner (Mr Baha) is very flexible and helpful to their guest. Most of the Taman Negara Senior Nature Guides will hang around here during their free time so it will benefits to visitors to seek any information from... More

Very basic accomodation, clean , no bugs, just very old and moldy. The shower doesn't look great but offers clean water. For this price you get what you expect, nothing more! crappy beds, dirty pillows and some noise at night. We saw some other more cozy chalets just a road behind this place, it is though a great way to... More

We stayed 3 nights in the chalets. They offer you budget accommodation. Each chalet has an en suite bathroom. There is no hot water, but the high temperature does not require that for a good shower. Location is in the middle of the village. The technical condition of the chalets might be updated as cracks between walls and floor allow... More

I stayed 3 nights in Agoh Chalet in Kuala Tahan village , the main stop village for visitors coming to Taiman Nigara National Park . this chalet is money value and basic ,and i regard it as the best available in that simple area according to the rate, cleanliness, and type of room. the rate of double bed room is 50... I transferred to here from the guesthouse up the river, which I found to be inconveniently located. For a lower price of 50 RM per night, the chalet offers a small air-con cabin with attached toilet. The place is pretty basic, but acceptably comfortable and with an important plus for me – free WIFI in the room. Locationwise, the Agoh... More
