We booked accomodation here based on some excellent reviews on Tripadvisor. Upon arrival, we were greeted with colorful paintwork all over the property. While we liked the laid-back atmosphere in the place and the cleanliness of the rooms, we were taken aback by the fact that only squat-toilets are available here (call us spoiled Europeans). Maybe our expectations were too... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights. At 50 ringgit it was good value. It's on the edge of the town but the place is so small its an easy walk everywhere. The internet cafe is between the Guest House and the river as well so it was nice to stop in and quickly connect with friends and... More

What a welcome. The woman who owns the place is so friendly. It's not where to go for views of the river but the view into the garden is lovely and has more than enough colourful birds making it their playground to keep you entertained if you like that kind of thing. Great value and just a very short walk... More

We just stayed here one night when visiting Taman Negara, the guest house is not very centrally located, you need to walk for a few minutes to get to the jetty (or the restaurants). The rooms are nice though, just fine for a short accommodation when going to the jungle. There are no western toilets, just squat ones. They have... More

We had a very nice and clean room with a balcony. It was one of nicest budget places we saw in Malaysia. The staff was very friendly. It is in a nice an quiet area and not far away from stores and restaurantes. All the walls outside and inside are very colourful and friendly. It has an Asian bathromm, but it... More

When we stayed here, we were the only guests. The place seemed abandoned. The folks at the reception seemed to be always hiding, but when we did catch a glimpse of them, they were quite friendly. Their English wasn't good and they couldn't explain us anything about tours in Taman Negara. The rooms look sweet and cozy. Walls are brightly... More

The owner is so kind, her daughter is so cute. The rooms and all the guesthouse, garden and rooms are very well decorated. This is cheap (50 RM for a double room with attached bathroom). There is a mosquito net and a fan and a balcony on the garden. This is not too far from the down town. The neighbor... More
