The hotel is located right in the entrance of the old town of San Martino Al Cimino. The service is very good and the food in the restaurant is amazing! The rooms in the hotel itself are great, the "park" rooms are not as good.

How this hotel keeps its 4-star ranking is a mystery. It does not look like the official photos at all. It looks and feels like way back last century. The rooms are spacious which is really nice. But the walls are made of paper, and the windows offer no noise insulation from the road outside. The elevator is tiny, bathroom... More

Very dated hotel. Old fashioned furniture plus old fashioned television/ a/c not working. Could do with a good make-over. The pool closed for the winter the day before we arrived, and the only other guests were very stuffy business men. The roads around the hotel are very twisty and badly pitted, we got lost every day we were there.

Deferred maintenance, 1st room that they gave us was smelling, 2nd room was nice but the a/c thermostat was not functioning so we got cold and had to shut it down, then we sweat all night. When I complained to the front desk they smiled and said " sorry ". this hotel. probably was nice 40 years ago. Breakfast was... More

We had the most wonderful stay at Balletti Park Hotel. It is a beautiful location, the rooms were simple- but quite large, quiet and comfortable and the staff went out of the way to be helpful. The restaurants were both quite nice. On the whole- a very nice hotel!

There are two Balletti hotels in the region. Dont get confused. You have the Balletti PARK and the Balletti PALACE. The Palace is located in Viterbo. The Park is located 10 minutes south of Viterbo. At first the place looks very clean and comfortable. For the most part it is. check in is quick and efficient. The room and bathroom... More

There is no reason to ever stay at this hotel, unless you are trapped because of business – some meetings actually take place here (like mine) – or maybe as you drive through Italy and for some reason and you car breaks down and you have no choice (otherwise, drive on). The positive here is that there is a lovely... More

We arrived there after a 75 minutes transfer from FCO airport for a convention. Check-in was all right, as the room was, once I could get there: The elevator was one of the slowest I've ever experienced. But it seems we were lucky. Some other guests had to walk down 5 to 10 minutes to their room (and of course... More

If you have to go to San Martino, or Viterbo (and hopefully this is after you've seen most of the rest of Italy, because it doesn't rank high on the list of lovely Italian hill towns or Italian destinations), and you really insist on staying up on the hill, you may end up stuck with this place, as the only... I toured Italy with my girlfriend in august 2006 for three weeks and this hotel was the worst we saw during the entire trip. We chose mostly moderately priced hotels (€100-150) and planned to stay at Balletti Park for three nights, but the experience of one night was more than we could take. Making a reservation was not as easy... More
