I booked this hotel based on the review from PrimroseJo. I wanted a restaurant primarily with a hotel attached. The restaurant is fantastic. I choose not to spend my money on a pretentious 3 michelin starrred restaurant . There is something about a chef who has one star. He(she) needs to be nearly at 2 star level to get it... more

I've stayed at le Relais six or seven times, can give it my absolute top recommendation. Do believe it's in my "top ten" list of country restaurants in France. Super place! G.Ray, Wichita, KS, USA more

Have just spent a night at this beautiful little auberge which has THE most amazing restaurant. The auberge is in a small village on the edge of the Champagne area and fairly close to Epernay.
