Our family was traveling through Costa Rica throughout the month of July and stumbled upon this lovely B&B when we traveled to Bijuaga to see the Rio Celeste. Daniel and Dominique, the owners of the hotel were fantastic. They greeted us warmly and explained the ins and outs of things to see and do during our time there. Daniel was... More

The little houses were really nicely decorated and very clean. We sense the European fine taste mixed with local decoration. The owners were helpful and gave good advice. The breakfast was divine and homemade with love :) But no arroz pinto for the Costarician (wasn't a problem for us though!). We less enjoyed the flying ants in the casona, and... More

After our trip to Rio Celeste and driving through all these bumpy and stone gravel roads we arrived at Sueño Celeste. The little cabanas were absolutely beautiful with really nice decorations and with everything you might need. Gorgeous taste! The owner introduce us to the restaurants of the area and made a few suggestions and recommendations. He gave us a... More

We have very nice memories about staying at this B&B. It’s decorated with local Costa Rican motives, but has a European flare- little charming details, but most importantly- it’s European CLEAN, has regular toilets where you can flash toilet paper instead of depositing it in a basket, and wonderful showers. The breakfast is great and takes place at the veranda... More

My husband and I stayed only one night, but we will be back with friends. We arrived in the late morning and our host Daniel sat down with us to orient us to the area and explain what our best options were for visiting Tenorio Volcano. He was very knowledgeable and sent us on our way with maps and directions.... More

We stayed two night at Sueno Celeste and it was one of the best experience we had during our trip. Even we arrived in five instead of four it was not a problem for Daniel and Dominique to organize everything necessary for us. The Bungalows are specious and beautifully furnished, very clean. All the information about the area were very... More

Beautiful place and facilities with tastefully decorated casitas. Daniel and Dominique were friendly and helpful hosts. They helped us organize our activities and a transfer back to the airport. Yummy breakfast- a nice change from the traditional costa rican breakfast. The fruit bowl had the sweetest papaya I have had in a while. The mango jam is out of this... More

We only stayed one night and it was fabulous!! Everyone was very gracious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. Daniel was very knowledgeable of the area and told us which areas to hit up. The Hummingbird Cafe and Rio Celeste is a must!!

We stayed 2 nights at Sueno Celeste and liked it very much. Our casita was perfectly clean, offered lots of comfort and was very specious for 2 persons. Sitting outside in front of our casita was not so great, as we did not have a nice view and heard some noise from the road nearby, but we did not mind... More

I stayed one night at Sueno Celeste and I was very happy with my experience. The couple that runs it were very organized and knowledable. They provide maps, menus for restaurants in the area, and a informative guide on what is available to do in the area. The room was very comfortable and the whole property is very clean and... More
