The hotel is approaching the stage of needing a refresh and its drinks have higher than normal mark-ups- G&T 16euro!. Apart from that, the staff are excellent, the dinners excellent and the golf course well worth playing three days in a row. We had very very strong winds which made the pool and its surrounds unusable. Dinner outside on the... More

Had dinner with 10 people. No a la carte but menu for 70€'s with 5 courses. We didn't want all courses so we asked for 2 of the 5. Nasty surprise: we were charged 60€. On top of that the lamb were two golf ball sized pieces of bad quality. We sent two plates back to the kitchen and asked... More

I was so sad to only stay one evening here. It seemed like the kind of place that could have turned me into a new person if only I could have stayed for a week. The food was spectacular and the setting even better (outside under the stars). Our room was large with a sitting area and it also had... More

Stayed one night there. Beautiful room, charming but outdated. In fact the hotel could use an renovation. The dinner on the terrace was outstanding, the breakfast disappointing. The golf course was well maintained but not very interesting. The meal in the club house a disaster.

From the long drive, to the automatic gates, you have a sense of arrival. Friendly staff arrive to take your bags from the car and whisk you effortlessly to your room. Ours was cool and crisp in whites and creams overlooking the courtyard and fountain with the mountains in the distance. Surrounded by a golf course, the Chateau is a... More

We had a lovely couple of nights at this charming hotel, the service is very professional and the food is fine dining at its best. The staff are all exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly and spoke good english. The golf course is more difficult than it looks and worth a couple of rounds.

The hotel is very nicely located in a small forest adjacent to a golf course. From the outside the hotel looks very nice. The staff is very nice and helpful. We had a room with a balcony. The room was quite big but there was no chair where you really could sit comfortably. The flat screen TV is very small... More

This is a typical, high-standard Relais & Chateaux hotel set in the middle of a golf course. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, helpful and efficient and spoke English. The lounges had books and magazines for guests and our room had a selection of English-language books. Our room was large and comfortable, with air-conditioning, and a well-equipped bathroom. After a... More
