We got to the airport and was told our plane was out of service so we would not receive the premium package we had paid for, Thomas Cook problem nothing to do with the hotel. I have to say I was very happy with this resort. The food was edible, the rooms were clean, and the entertainment was actually entertaining. I would definitely recommend it to people of all ages. I had a blast! more
JUst like to say was the best two weeks relaxation i could have asked for. Went with friends for daughters wedding all went off smoothly and then just chilled, people warm and friendly and game for a laugh. Just came back yesterday, for a one-week stay at the Melia Guillermo. It was a great place given the price we paid (less than a thousand per person). The flight I would recommend any one travelling to upgrade to premier as not only is there more room but I found the cabin to be much quieter, and with travelling with a person with Autism this is a must. best holiday in the world would recomend it to any body the hotel was clean the food was up to a good standard the staff were respectble and the grounds were beautiful. from day one of my 2 week stay i loved every day of it more
