I can understand people's reaction because this resort is trying to keep up with all the new developments . But there is something about this hotel it's small but loving the beach is beautiful one of the best in the world it's paradise to a lot of people . The staff are fantastic that's why we return. If you don't... More

Wish I'd read the reviews before we went... Not the place to go for good swimming unless you go off-resort. Pilar Beach is supposed to be nice but wee didn't go to find out for ourselves. Guillermo is a great place for kite surfers tho if you partake in this activity. There were not enough spoons for desserts, although to... More

We visited this resort last May hence the reason for booking the resort for this May 15 (29.04.15-13.05.15). I cannot believe how in 12mths a resort can become so run down and unfit for purpose. Accomodation was unkempt, open electic sockets, smelt musty, damp, furniture in desperate need of replacement and to top it of bug infested. The food was... More

We booked this hotel as our holiday of a lifetime to celebrate my 50th birthday and our wedding anniversary. How I wished we had taken note of the poor reviews on this site. The evening we arrived the heavens opened and we had torrential rain all night. We were one of the lucky ones that did not need to be... More

Staff were brilliant, food was varied and plentiful. Beach was gorgeous, waters crystal clear. I fell in love with the place as soon as we arrived. We were greeted with Cuban dancers and a drink on arrival. We traveled with a 23 month old baby so not only did we have a fresh bottle of water daily in our room,... More
