We recently stayed one night on our way to Auckland. Waking up with cows leaning over the fence was a joy as our caravan was away from any noise or activity. Thank you. We will be back More

The welcom at the Te Aroha Holiday Park was very warm. It is a nice, familiar and very green holidaypark with a lot of trees. Additonally it is good value as you get free wifi and a hot pool which is very nice to relax after a day walk. We dicided to stay two nights instead of one! More

This is a great place to stay if you are staying in the Te Aroha. Its closer to the soda springs and to the city. The lady who runs the place is fantastic and she is very helpful. The hot pool is great during the winter season and loved being there. The cabins are all different but they look all... More

We stayed at Te Aroha Holiday Park on a whim when having a short break away. It has lovely park-like grounds with huge trees and nice gardens. Our kids enjoyed the pool and when one of them lost their goggles the owners kindly mailed them back to us when they were found. Our accommodation was very clean and tidy and... More

Booked a motel unit online the morning of our stay looking forward to the whole mineral hotpool experience they advertise. When we arrived were disapointed to find large pool green and dirty with leaves and debris and hotpool not much better. Free wi-fi not available in unit, no milk supplied, bedlinen torn and towels threadbare. The whole place could use... More

Great place for families, and those who like peace and space. Lovely views of Mt Te Aroha, rural countryside with cows and horses over the fence. Our unit was spotless, quiet and comfortable. This is a great place to base yourself to do the activites in the area. If you want matching towels and crockery, this isn't the place for... More

I stayed in a lovely little cabin "Mercedes" at the back of the property - small TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and kitchen bits - I didn't even need to use the main kitchen but I didn't do any 'proper' cooking. The cabin had a little entrance room where the fridge and microwave lived (brilliant! - one of my biggest... More

This campground exposes the Qualmark rating system for the scam that it truly is. Apparently this is a 3 star rated accommodation, if this is truly the case then the criteria to obtain this level must be extremely low. Upon arrival what I assume were the owners kids checked us in - this was fine but didn't exactly portray a... More

My family stayed in these holiday for quite a few times as we have family in the area. For us, it is home away from home. The staff in the holiday park are really friendly and helpful, the flat are nice and clean. Afforadable price, handy location to Te Aroha town. Also, my kids really enjoyed the tree swing. We... We were told we could bring a pet and then told it's not okay to have it there. Had to hide the dog away in case others saw it and got upset. We went out and were told we were irresponsbile for confining our pet in a cage in our room, we were told not to leave the pet alone... More
