We stayed here the night before a really important kids rugby game, and it was perfect. Spotlessly clean, really warm with electric blankets and heat pump, comfy beds, and very close to town. The kids even asked if we could stay there again

We've stayed here for number of times, the owners are very friendly and kind. First time we stayed here and not knowing where to go for our next stop, the lady kindly showed us a few attractions on the map, so our travel experience in NZ started from there. The location is the best, very close to the Te Aroha... More

I was organising a weekend away for my partner and myself to Te Aroha and after searching the information site decided on the Te Aroha Motel. It was a good decision. Close to town, affordable and clean - not once were we disappointed. The extra touches, like the toiletries in the bathroom, added a sense of class. The bed was... More

Rooms very clean with extra toiletries a nice touch.. Very quiet even though it is on the main road. Lovely hosts who are not 'in your face' all the time. Walked to town, pools, spas. Value for money and felt very safe there. Te Aroha is a lovely town.

Nice little motel in the center of Te Aroha, very close to everything. Tidy and clean room, family unit, however the "parents" room had 2 single beds, not a double etc which was a bit strange. Friendly and helpful staff. Only small problem was the people staying 2 doors from us. I don't know if they were locals or just... More

We are four friends who went for a weekend of tramping and exploring in the hills behind Te Aroha. We stayed two nights at the Te Aroha motel, our hosts were marvellous, friendly and helpful with lots of good advice and assistance about the local area. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the motel is located on the... More

We were very comfortable in our unit. It was clean and tidy, had air conditioning, a bonus which I did not expect, and the internet connection worked really well. We were close to town, and the Museum with its hot pools and lovely gardens. I loved Te Aroha, especially the Museum, where I spent a couple of hours, and the... More

Have to admit the motel didn't look much from the road , but as they say don't judge a book by its cover, as the Te Aroha is a great motel. The hosts are just lovely, friendly , very welcoming, and funny, just great people. The room , we had a studio room, was very clean and had everything you... More

We stayed one night in a family unit. Very well presented and comfortable with everything that we needed. The information provided on attractions in the local area was comprehensive and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Te Aroha.
