We had a night in a beach front studio room which cost $155. Some effort had been made to decorate the room but the painting was only half finished, a broken window in the kitchenette and curtains that needed to be thrown away. We spoke to Heather on reception who was very attentive and tried to contact the manger to... More

While the bed was comfortable the room was totally sub standard. It started with the 5pm check in. The hotel is unattended after 5pm. Yes, they leave keys but you need to phone ahead to organize this and it's a hassle as the phone service is pretty bad ... person on phone doesn't appear to understand English well. Asked for... A cheap hotel. Friendly staff. The bedroom and bathroom was clean. Sparsely furnished with cheap furniture. The hotel building itself was not attractive at all. It has a dilapidated look to it. Free undercover parking. It had some airport noise - with planes flying over. The motel backs on to the beach dunes. You are probably sleeping about 150 meters... More

DON'T STAY HERE. Upon arriving at 1.30pm we instantly felt uneasy, when we noticed several men standing on the verandah staring at us. When my fiance and I arrived back late that night, one of the men was there on the verandah staring at us again! When we left in the morning (7.30am) the guy was back, and continued to... More

A tired building poorly laid out. Our room was quite tired and worn - the back door had a big hole in the outer panel and was grey with age and mould, leading to an overgrown staircase. On the plus side, our room had lots of space and the building is close to the beach (which is a lovely beach).... More

Never saw any pictures of the room we stayed in on their website, would not have wasted money here if I saw what we were gonna end up getting. Cramped room with a double and single bed, my kids rooms at home were bigger. We had room 5 which was straight above reception and right next to the staircase leading... More

Our room was a decent size with a double and a single bed. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a fair size and it was also clean. That's the good parts! The fridge had rust on top and the kettle was unsafe. The lid wouldn't close properly and it didn't automatically switch off. There was mould on... More

We arrived tired and just wanting to get into our room at approx 1pm, despite the fact the room was ready we were not able to check in before 2pm on the dot. Tess the office girl was rude and completely unaccommodating. When we did get into our room it was cramped, grubby and generally run down. The fridge had... More

The pictures on the site make it look lovely. I was disappointed to say the least. No one is onsite until 2 for you to check in. Rooms tiny and no storage at all. Nowhere to put your bag so you dont trip over it. It is newly renovated but so cheaply. Floors are dangerously slippery when wet. Booked a... More
