Good: Right opposite the beach Room was rather small but it is well equipt Bad: Finding the room was rather difficult as we needed to call the support number to find out how to get the key and then spent 10 mins trying to find the room (the hotel wasnt very big). Turns out if you are staying in room... More

Older type motel. Good location for airport. Our room was clean but very basic. Hard bed. No cutlery other than teaspoon and two cups. No iron. No hairdryer. No staff around. We have been travelling for days up from NSW and stayed at some lovely motels along the way with great facilities at less cost so this was very disappointing... More

1 star would be generous for this property. We booked an upgraded room and arrived to a room with paint flaking off the walls and mould growing in the bathroom. It took 40 minutes to check in at 1pm as there is no reception and no one answers the check in phone. When we finally reached someone they had no... More

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at!! It was like a public toilet block, had an unbearable smell, damaged walls, dirty floors and not privacy with curtains that are to small, we could hear everything in the neighbouring room, our guest towels were wet and a cat lingered at the door meowing the entire time! The "... More

What a rip off, highly priced for a dog box with one a channel T.V and no remote which meant every time the ads came on because of the loudness of those you had to get up and turn it down manually , the place is falling apart, admittedly it was clean but that's all, I would not recommend this... We had to make an unexpected trip to Brisbane and decided to spend 2 days on the coast to relax. Unfortunately we made the mistake of choosing this motel. It was so bad it's almost funny. Easily the worst maintained place we've stayed at in on all our travels. The security door literally fell off as my wife opened it... More

We had a night in a beach front studio room which cost $155. Some effort had been made to decorate the room but the painting was only half finished, a broken window in the kitchenette and curtains that needed to be thrown away. We spoke to Heather on reception who was very attentive and tried to contact the manger to... More

While the bed was comfortable the room was totally sub standard. It started with the 5pm check in. The hotel is unattended after 5pm. Yes, they leave keys but you need to phone ahead to organize this and it's a hassle as the phone service is pretty bad ... person on phone doesn't appear to understand English well. Asked for... A cheap hotel. Friendly staff. The bedroom and bathroom was clean. Sparsely furnished with cheap furniture. The hotel building itself was not attractive at all. It has a dilapidated look to it. Free undercover parking. It had some airport noise - with planes flying over. The motel backs on to the beach dunes. You are probably sleeping about 150 meters... More
