We stayed at this hotel because it had good facilities. Unfortunately when we went to the restraunt at 18.15 to book for that evening it was already fully booked with one large party, so we eat elsewhere. When we returned to the hotel at 21.00 hours the bar was closed, and we could not find any hotel staff. The snooker... more

I stayed at the Neptune because the hotel where I wanted to stay was closed, the resort was out of season and it showed. The hotel receptionist was more interested in chatting on the telephone than greeting customers, when we were given our room allocation she pointed towards the lift and left us to it.
