Let me start by saying some people may think that 3 stars is a mean score for Maniatiko Village, but I have considered this long and hard and my frustration leads me to give it just 3. *Summary* Could have been so good and it nearly is. However, the way the place has been built means it will never be... More

They advertise that they have sea views - more like sea glimpses. The interiors are space, boring and dull. Totally lacking in character. Customer service is inflexible and uncooperative. We booked Maniatiko Village and then tried to cancel it within 2 days notice. They took our money and said we could come back at a later date. When we finally... More

We stayed at Maniatiko Village for the second time - and didn't regret it for a second! The houses are spacious and offer everything you might need. Except maybe for a toaster in the kitchen ;-) What we most enjoyed were the breathtaking views from our balcony and the quiet and peaceful surrounding. The new managers are very kind people, they... This place is fabulous! We rented villa Gaia (number 17) for two weeks. It's a spacious 105 sq. meter autonomous stone house, with two bedrooms and a big living room/kitchen. The view is magical, especially from the bigger bedroom and the living room. It has a large furnished veranda, overlooking the olive groves and the Messinian Gulf. Both bedrooms (with... More

Beautiful comfortable stone houses with gorgeous gardens.well kept surroundings.clean and big swimming pool. very relaxing stay.they welcomed us and our dog,we all had a great time. We d love to go again. My only suggestion would be to improve daily cleaning of the houses.

We booked a two bedroom Deluxe residence with sea view for a 6 night stay with friends, with a view to exploring the surrounding area. Very impressed overall with the house we were given (no. 20) - we were able to park right outside, there was a lovely verandah and two balconies, a good kitchen and a bathroom each (one... More

The apartments and villas are dotted around a vast olive grove, some of them like ours are built in the local ‘Tower’ style. We had a lovely view of sea and mountains. Our one bed apartment was a duplex with a living room and kitchenette and downstairs cloakroom. There was a spacious covered patio for dining although the kitchen was... More

Spent two weeks in early June 2008 and can't recommend this place enough. Our one bedroom villa was clean and nicely turned out. I hadn't been to Greece for quite a few years and was a little nervous about how decent it would be, particularly the bathroom. I shouldn't have done. The only one tiny ccomment was the water from...
