My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Centrale for 2 nights. We had actually booked into the Hotel Bernina which is opposite the railway station, a deliberate choice as we planned to take the “red train” to Chur on the next stage of our holiday. However we were upgraded (no reasons given – maybe overbooking?) by the hotel owners.... More

We stayed here for one night on our way to Bormio. We loved the historic, old town location, and the room was very comfortable with a limited view looking up the mountain valley. We found a great restaurant a block away for dinner, and breakfast at the hotel was delicious. The walk from the train station took about 12 minutes,... More

I fell in love with this lovely hotel. Two nights here were definitely not enough. The hotel is located in the charming older part of the city. It was an easy walk from the train station through narrow cobblestone streets. The receptionists were always friendly and welcoming and had suggestions for where to dine and what to see. Our room... We stayed here for one night after Bernina Express trip. Hotel was not far from station, along cobble-stoned, narrow streets but reasonably easy to find. The hotel was beautifully decorated with modern, comfortable furniture. The Receptionist, Monica, was very friendly and efficient and our room was comfortable and an adequate size and, again, beautifully decorated and with lovely amenities. We... More

This is a small quality hotel in a lovely part of this delightful town. The location is perfectly situation - just about a 10 minute walk from the railway station for the Bernina Express and close to plenty of places to eat. This was a very nice, very clean hotel with a lovely complimentary breakfast, but for this price, we should have gotten a room that was not looking directly into someone else's living space. We arrived late in the evening and no shuttle service from the rail station was available. The young lady at the desk was extremely accommodating and patient... More

Dear Customer, we are sorry you didn't appreciated the location of our hotel, in historical downtown, is very difficult to have view around a city, and the court you are refferring is also used as exibition in the local events, like the sforzato Wine Exibition we just had last week. And as per the kindness of the receptionist, probably if... More

A great little hotel in the old part of Tirano, which is surrounded by mountains. The room was perfect and the staff were lovely. We had room 34 which had wonderful mountain views. the breakfast was self service buffet with a good range of foods. They even had gluten free.

We lucked out with this hotel that our Bavarian friends chose. It was located in the picturesque part of the old town and our room on the 3rd floor had great views over either mountains or rooftops.
