We used the hotel just for overnight because our flight was early on next morning The rooms are basic and clean, without wifi, air conditionig worked fine but a little bit noisy. The breakfast was cheap but poor and the staff were friendly. The location is not so far from the Kalibo airport. IMO not bad for a couple of... More

Unfortunately my boyfriend, his family and I were let down by the travel agency we used to book our Boracay visit (agency is called FRS travel based in Regalia Towers Manila, under no circumstances use them, they take your money but don't actually pay for anything) which meant the flight they booked us on home hadn't been paid. We needed... More

Two of us stayed here for 2 nights. The location is great, being next to the Ceres terminal and some eating options such as Chow King. The town centre is a short tricycle ride away. The hotel itself was cheap and very clean and we were fairly happy there for 2 days. A few issues it has are noise in... More

I arrived at La Esperanza just after Typhoon Yolanda had passed through the Philippines. As there was no electricity at my friends house, I spent a few nights here. The rooms were clean, but small. There was a restaurant, but no food. Overall the staff were friendly. The location was good for me as I could walk to most places.... More

Amazing and affordable.the place is customer-friendly because the rate is cheaper and affordable. The rooms are fine . though the washrooms are quite uncomfortable to use coz during my stay there last march, I suppose the drainage was blocked.

Visited Kalibo for the Ati Atihan festival, had a room in the new wing on the first floor, it was small but very clean, and given most of my time was out and about enjoying the festivities, the room was perfect for my requirements. Will return for Ati Atihan 2014

When we missed the last bus trip from Caticlan to Iloilo we decided to goto Kalibo and check if there are still any buses bound to Iloilo. But luck was not on our side during that night and we decided to stay overnight in Kalibo. We found La Esperanza Hotel, which is next to the bus terminal. They have a... More

Nothing special about it, really. It's your typical hotel in a small Phillipine town. There's a new building, make sure to ask for a room in thr nee building. The rooms there are very clean but a bit small. Air conditioning works fine and cable has a reasonable amount of TV channels. Wifi restricted to the lobby, where there were... More

The hotel is very well kept and newly renovated. The water pressure was super both for the hot & cold supply. Very quiet and relaxing. Staff was very helpful all thru our stay. Sort of hard to find because it's located inside the driveway, a bank is located at the front. Stayed here 3x already because of no problem with... More
