At short notice, I had to change the day of the booking and the owner was very accomiodationg. Plus side, well located, next to beach, but the eleven o'clock curfew, was rather strange and unusual. Breakfast nothing special and no choice of cereals. Room was clean and big, generously sized.

This bed & breakfast is clean, spacious and has quality. The rooms have high ceilings but there is no dust to be seen. It has a spacious bed soft but firm, double glazed windows and is very clean. The breakfast was also up to standard. Overall this one woman does all this by herself and she needs to be applauded.... More

Stayed here in hight of summer and appeared to be the only guests. I agree with other reviews. Always had to ring front door bell to be let in in even even in middle of day, and had to be in by 11. Although owner previous stated that you only have to ask to come back later, I don't feel... More

I have to agree with earlier reviews in that this B&B is ok but dated & we wouldn't rush back. The room was ok but looked in need of redecoration. The shower in the evening was ok but in the morning there was no hot water. The best bit was breakfast, the landlady appeared to be doing everything on her own... More

Many thanks for your constructive comments. In response to the these comments it is important to point out that being a period property the "hall" is approximately 15ft x 26ft and has a real fireplace. As is common with properties of this type it is used as a reception room. Each bedroom has recently been refurbished and includes ensuite and... More

Upon arriving at Cloisters we were met by the owner who was not one bit friendly or welcoming. The rooms were of a good size and were clean, bathrooms however are in need of refurbishing. Please note you must be in by 11pm or doors are locked. Breakfast was the worst I've ever had - the menu says cereal (this... More
