We stayed in a 2-5 bed chalet and took the dog for an extra £20. The chalet was a good size, in the bedroom there was a double bed/single bed and wardrobe and in the lounge there was a pull out sofa. The room was slightly dates (bathroom/bedroom) but overall it was clean and tidy. Generally good self catering facilities... More

We wanted a family holiday in this area, and with growing kids we knew we needed something with a bit more room than a travelodge room. We found Sandy Glade via the Hoseasons website, and booked with an offer that really brought the price down. We didn't know the site, or the area and so were taking a bit of... More

Stayed in a silver chalet with some of my family including an 18 month old and a dog. Had a wonderful weekend out of the accommodation but inside was a different matter. The curtains were hanging off the rail in the lounge, pie cases were covering the light fittings in the bathroom (cover missing)and bedroom, toilet roll holder was on... More

Stayed at Sandy Glade and upgraded to a Gold chalet. It was lovely and looked like it had recently been refurbished. It was compact but had a good size double, and a twin that was fine for either children or adults. Everything was very clean when we arrived and all the equipment worked. We didn't used the park facilities too... More

We were going on holiday to Somerset and chose this camp for the location and evening entertainment. It was our first time staying at a John Fowler camp and were pleased on arrival when we were upgraded to Dune House. The house was lovely and big with it's own garden and drive but could have been a bit cleaner. Chef's... More

I have been twice to this resort, it's not the best location if you have mobility difficulties, but if not your out of the thick of it, receptionist reals off where the vans are, but the purpose of her job is to explain it so you understand not so she can tick you off her list as done. Cafe. The... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Sandy Glade Holiday Park is easy to reach, just fifteen minutes from the M5, yet puts you right on a great stretch of Somerset coast. You can enjoy the long, sandy beaches of both Berrow and Brean which are a short walk from the park. The beaches are famous for their sand dunes, which kids will love playing on, and you’ll find that Brean Sands is a perfect beach for sunbathing, playing in the sand or paddling into the water. This Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Park has plenty for you to do once you get here. Our adventure playground means that even when you’re not at the beach the kids won’t be bored, and our heated pool is great fun for the whole family. We also have a clubhouse with nightly entertainment and a cafe and takeaway to make your stay even easier. ... more   less
