We stayed over night on our way to Devon, never again. The rooms are in desperate need of updating, clean but drab. The noise from the bar was ridiculous, even thought we knew we were staying in a pub, I didn't feel comfortable in the bar. All I could smell at breakfast time was dirty chip pan fat, not a... More

The cutlery was dirty, the breakfast was less than average. The rooms were noisy from the pub, however they were clean. The shower was either too hot or too cold. The hotel needs general refurbishment and updating.

Worst nights sleep in a long time, 'hotel' was run down, needs some serious updating including the staff. Oh and take £20 extra so you get a key for your room...Madness one way to make you feel welcome...

Title says it all. Staid here a few times now and don't think of looking elsewhere in Burnham so doing ok. Decor in places old but clean and a mixture of more modern fixtures such as bathroom areas. Breakfast a Proper grease up but will do you whatever with continental bits available. £20 deposit for your key so to have... More

We normally stay in Premier Inn, Travelodge type places, however they were all booked for our date "last Saturday night 6th September", so we stayed at The Victoria Hotel. Very friendly welcome by the bar staff. We had parked on a one hour only free space adjacent to the Pub/Hotel but as soon as I told the staff this one... More

Nothing special, room was a good size and clean. Staff could be more welcoming, breakfast very poor quality compared to other B&Bs at the same price. Good location but quite noisy due to early morning barrel deliveries (only expected in a pub I guess).

We stayed here for nearly a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time. A quiet part of town the owners are very welcoming and helpful ........and great hot breakfasts. A good place to stop while exploring this part of Somerset.
