Spent one night at the Victoria Hotel pub enroute to Devon for a music festival. Burham-On-Sea is just minutes off the M5 so very handy and a good price at £40 per night with breakfast. Had a twin room at front of the hotel which was fine, downside was the seagulls at 5am but guess you get them at any... More

Stayed overnight in the room with onsuite bathroom. The room itself was clean and comfortably large and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the stay was spoiled by the noise, which was understandable for a pub hotel, and the smell of bleach from the bathroom. No excuse for using bleach to mop the floor! After a few hours our... A good hotel in a very nice city with sea walk. Good places to eat too. Children under sixteen can not stay here and it did not say so on their site. So our fifteen year old got to be sixteen for a day. Hotel is ok, not brand new but still a good standard. Breakfast was ok too. Staff... More

After 5 days of partying at Glastonbury festival I needed somewhere to stay and recuperate for one day/night before my wife was to pick me up en route to France for our holidays (we live in Cheshire so it seemed pointless me going up the M5 to come back down it again the next day). Nothing was too much trouble... More

Basic accomodation in a somewhat disappointing place. This small hotel had only 1 ensuite room left when we booked which was a king size and whilst it was quite spacious and had apparently been recently refurbished, it was very average and overpriced at £80 pn with non of the niceties i would have expected. The room was not refreshed after... More

I stopped at the Victoria B&B, Burnham On Sea on my way to Lands’ End during a charity bike ride in mid March, 2015. Atmosphere in the bar was lively and staff were very friendly. Rooms were adequate, clean and tidy. Cooked English breakfast was included in the room cost and it was more than filling...... Only downside was that... More
