Regis and Veronique are the perfect hosts! Regis made a lovely breakfast and even accommodated our schedule which required an early breakfast! The property is absolutely lovely, so peaceful. We never would have discovered a delightful nearby village, La Roche Guyon, if not for Regis. This is a perfect base to see Giverny and Regis makes sure you know how... More

Walking distance (?1.5 mi) to Giverny, this Chambre d'hote is a respite from crowds, with private gardens (including a fabulous vegetable garden), delicious breakfasts, and access to different small local towns. Drive to Vetheuil where Money painted the Seine, and walk the very banks amongst semi-wild poppy beds. Browse La Roche Guyon and -- if you're fit -- climb up... More

Very quiet, bordering picturesque stream. Very short drive to Monet gardens. The host, Claude is like a concierge at a five star hotel! He accommodated our every request, including arranging private cooking lesson in a small restaurant from an excellent chef who is a friend of Claude's. Of course he and his wife speak excellent English and patiently translated for... More

Awesome! Regis and his lovely wife, Veronique were so warm and welcoming, and by the time we left, they felt like dear old friends. They actually took us out to a charming, authentic French Restaurant with them for dinner, and we enjoyed trying some new and delicious foods. Regis prepared an incredible breakfast for us on the veranda the next... More

Our host, Regis, made our first night in France a memorable one. His property is lovely, and our welcome was so warm and friendly. Regis is a perfect host. He loaned us bicycles which we used to explore the town (5 mins away.) Our room was so clean and comfortable. Our breakfast in the morning was delicious. Regis thought of... More

We spent 3 great nights in the spacious homely studio suite upstairs in the house. It was a lovely oasis of peace and was refreshing and inspiring. The owners were wonderful hosts attentive to needs. The property is but a short country walk from Monets garden but added so much to the whole experience of the area. The recommended restaurants... More

This Bed and Breakfast has a really homey feel to it. There are three units, two independent cabins and one unit inside the main house. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Shortly after the reservation was confirmed, we received an email from them with helpful tips on sights to see in the area and when best to visit. Based... More

L'Oree was such a pleasant experience. Not only were the grounds beautiful and our accommodations comfortable and pleasing to the eye, but our hosts were so very welcoming and helpful. As a side note, they speak English very well. We stayed in the Aux Pres, located near the front of the property. It had a very nice, private terrace for... More

We stopped in with Regis on our first day of a driving trip around France. What a fabulous start. Regis is so, so lovely, so welcoming, and so helpful. We stayed in the summer house at the bottom of the garden. The room is beautiful and the spec is high, and what a great shower. We walked to Giverny, which... More

If I could afford to be on holiday all year then I would keep this place a secret but that would be so unfair to Regis and Veronique! The B&B is such a gem made even better by Regis who is so accommodating and wonderfully interesting to talk to. The breakfast is sublime. We stayed in the garage conversion -... More
