It is our second time at this apartment hotel in two years. We enjoyed it a lot. The appartment is spacious and well decorated. It is also very clean. The personnel is very helpful and dedicated. The view from our appartment is fabulous as our apartment is overlooking the sea and mountains. The village of Altea hills is very nice,... More

I was really concerned about two things 1) pierre vacances i stayed in 15 years ago and was really low class, bad furniture, bad heat, bad amenities and only good for a crashpad when skiing 2) the reviews on this board which for some reason are borderline favorable. I have lived in multiple countries and traveled around the world and... More

We have just returned from 5 days stay here with our friends. We were 2 family's of 3. We arrived on Sunday at about 2pm after spending 2 hours waiting In a queue for the hire car, but thats another review. the hotel was deserted, no staff, except 1 on reception, no guests, deadly quiet. When asked where is everyone,... More

Stayed for a couple of nights in September. The hotel is handy if you have friends living on Altea Hills but you need a car to get around. For beaches, shopping, restaurants, even bars, it's a bit remote even if you're relying on taxis. The hotel is physically large, spread out over quite a large area; the gardens and pools... More

We ate in the hotel restaurant for lunch one day as we were in an apartment at Las Jardines and wanted to try out the hotel. The menu was a bit basic and my husband and I opted for a burger as we had been eating fish all week. My daughter had a chicken ceasar slaad. The burger looked grey... More

Beautiful hotel location, nice size apartments, neat and clean. You have to pay for changing the towels, room and garbage cleaning. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The pool is large with no towels available. No music, no entertainment, no drinks. We arrived late evening and the resort was completely lifeless, nothing was open. No restaurants, no bars, no... We used to stay here some years ago when Melia were in charge so it was a bit of a shock to come back to a self catering style accommodation...gone is the fab spa and beauty salon, the poolside waiter service, the mini bars in the rooms, the ice machines in the hall way, the little touches of luxury in... We stayed for 2 nights for our 3rd wedding anniversary and this place truly was romance in the hills. The staff are amazing, everyone we met was so friendly, and the place is gorgeous. The apartments really are luxurious, double jacuzzi bath, amazing shower, his and hers sinks, massive bed, the balcony was more of a terrace with seating for... More
