It's been a while since I did the "All Inclusive" thing, and after a lot of research we decided on the Blue Lagoon to dip back into it. Previous experience of people drinking and eating too much, rudeness from all nationalities, over worked staff, under-performing had me a little nervous about what to expect to be trapped into for 2... I travelled with my 16 yr old daughter and stayed for 1 week returning on the 30/08/14. I was decidedly swayed by the feedback comments especially regarding the food and wifi. Sadly, both were a huge disappointment! The quality of the food left a lot to be desired, cheap cuts of meat etc. Meal times were a scrum with plates... More

We holidayed here in Aug 2014, as a family group of 9 (which inc 1x OAP, 2x under 5'sn and 1 x teen), with a price tag of around £12k. The complex is big, well maintained, heavily staffed, great cleaners, wide choice of restaurants all serving good food. All day snack bar seemed to be invisible, unless you like sweet... More

We had a fabulous time here! The food was phenomenal! Out of all the all inclusive resorts I have been to, here the variety every lunch time and dinner time was amazing! The kids ate well all week! The pools and grounds were well maintained and the room was spotless.

This hotel is great!! We: myself, husband and 4yr old daughter stayed here for 2 weeks returning 27/08/14. It was our second stay here (Rania on Reception recognised our little girl from last year when she had been previously serving drinks and ice creams at the satellite pool bar!!) and we will certainly be visiting again. The staff are amazing,... More

I booked this holiday with my boyfriend and my 8 year old daughter. I was hesitant about booking another al inclusive, as in the past, it has never lived up to expectations. This hotel certainly did! The food was lovely. Morning, snacks, dinner and evening meals could never be faulted. The selection of food was amazing and the restaurant is... More
