Personell of the this hotel is lacking of any basis about courtesy, some of my personal belongings were stolen, wi fi is working only in the lobby and badly for the most of the evening, bed linen shorter than the bed, rooms located on the left side of the swimming pool are a way much worst than all other ones,... We spent here a week in July. The most impressing was wide garden arround all buildings and pool area which was full of flowers and trees. The food was average, but fresh and constantly replenished. Room equipment were good. The room was clean, cleaning was conducted every day, bathroom would deserve a renovation. Tap water is drinkable but slightly salty, you... More

We spent 4 nights in middle of May. The most impressing was the pool area which was full of trees, flowers, green lawns with a pool in the centre. Though it was windy, the surrounding buildings gave shelter. Many of the guests laid around the pool all day. The breakfast was OK. You could get most of the standard stuff... More

We have enjoyable holiday at this hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and modern with view into the garden. Rooms properly clean every day. Staff at the reception desk friendly and helpful, willing to help and provide correct information and tips for trips. I did not choose the all-inclusive but just half board with drinks as I traveled around the... More

I highly recommend to not choose this hotel. We were given room in the futhermost part where we were constantly bothered by several cats, who always tried to enter our room. Very annoying! Old furniture, very dirty plastic table and chairs on the balcony, small and hard beds, rusty tap in the bathroom, overall horrible bathroom. Sometimes without hot water.... More

Holiday at this hotel it will be depending on what you expect : if you expect a 4 * hotel then you will be disappointed , but if you settle for 3 * then it is OK. The downside is that we paid for and expected a 4 * .... We were looking for an all inclusive hotel , closer... More

Paid a lot of money for fully inclusive , this is not fully inclusive. Lots of extras we had to pay for, such as , all drinks after 11pm, towels for pool and beach, bottled water. 3 euros per day for use of safe. Glass in bathroom was not washed or replaced even though I was there for 7days. Bath... More

The hotels offers the all-inclusive option or half-board. I chose the second one and I was satisfied about the services received, especially considering that I stayed right in the middle of the season, while the place was fully booked. On the other hand, almost every day there was a furious all-inclusive guest who was complaining about the value for money... More

1. food - very poor for all inclusive offer. Breakfast choise was totally the same for all 11 days, as well main dishes for lunch, always chicken grilled pieces which were very dry, not well tasting fish, lamb or minced meat, choice of fresh vegetable salads. What was really shocking, as we start to call it - recycling of food.... More
