Although I was staying on my own I felt welcome and included by the staff. The hotel is tired and yes in need of a face lift or two but it ticked all the boxes. It was close enough to town to walk, cycle or take the bus. The rooms were clean and they all had balcony's. I had a... More

Great hotel made even more special by the wonderful people there. Great value and well located for the beach and Kos Town. My family has been visiting this hotel for many years and we always receive the warmest of welcomes. Kos is a great destination for young and old alike and you will not be disappointed if you make the... More

I've been traveling alone and I have stayed here one week. Since I was visiting the island almost all the time I stayed in the room only to sleep. If you are looking for the comfort of a high class hotel this is definitely not the place for you. If you just need a place to crash after long trips... More

Clean, friendly stuff, recommend for young people with friends not for families with kids. The beach is at 5 minute walk. The centre of the Kos town is at 15-20 minute walk. It was good price for four days...But the hotel is like a hostel. It makes you feel like you are in university campus. It has medium to big size swimming pool but not suitable for young children. It is 1.50 to 3.20 metres deep. I stayed there with my mum and my 10 years old child for 4 days. They... More

Firstly my experience as a traveller should count. I've been to hotels all over the world....I don't mean 1 hotel in a few countries, I mean lots of hotels in lots of countries. The lady who greeted me was called Emilia. She was attentive, offered advice on locations of buses, hire cars, bikes and beaches. I've never had such good... More

Good choice for young people. Free private parking. Clean, spacious rooms with a/c. Housekeeping service could be better. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Satisfying breakfast. Vehicle is necessary. Be carefull from the drunk clients, they behave like clones and they don't have any maners. I must not forget mrs Emilia, she is a perfect receptionist._

In general, considering the low price it's good value for money. The hotel is old but well maintained. Rooms has TV and air condition. The hotel has a small pool, and the beach is 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast is generous for *** hotel. The place is 1.5 km from the town – there is an option to rent bicycle... More

We stayed for 2 weeks in Aug 2012. Economic downturn has meant the Hotel has had to close its Greek restaurant, poolside bar/cafe and tennis court but is still being advertised as having them. Building has been painted this year but lots of severe cracks in balconies and poolside area. Generally whole place looks and feels run down. Hotel now... More
