We booked Kos Bay at very short notice at the start of July 2014. Room was small and basic but clean (cleaners visited daily) The lady in charge of reception/breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty basic. The real beauty of the hotel was its position, overlooking the sea and Kos Marina. The junction outside was busy... More

We stayed here just for one night and it was horrible! Air conditioning didn't work, we asked for another room and the answer was negative!! Unplanned Work in progress in the hotel and no info given to guests, results NO WATER for the whole morning! Towels are not clean but the room was ok! Little bathroom but nothing to declare;... More

We stayed in room 114 from the 10th to 17th June and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is immaculate throughout. Although our room was a little small it wasn't pokey and the air conditioning made a wonderful difference in the afternoons and evenings. The staff were so cheery and chatty that we looked forward to going down to breakfast. Our... More

Strategically located to be close to literally everything. Kos is a relatively small island but still this hotel has one of the best locations. Walking distance to beaches, downtown, old city, archaeology sites, shopping, etc. etc. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained. Professional staff takes care of your needs. However, I'd have a couple of suggestions that'd actually explain... More

The hotel was as expected. Rooms clean, situated near the harbour, but our stay was thoroughly spoilt by the very rude, bad mannered elderly morning receptionist. Who not only shouted at us but was screaming at the poor staff. So very unprofessional! We also asked if we could pay for breakfast and we gave her the money and she put... More

We spent 3 nights at this hotel with my boyfriend for my 20th birthday and had a great time. Where do I begin from? The reasonable price for a good sized room, breakfast included, with a furnished balcony overlooking the bay.The service was great and so was the breakfast buffet, which we enjoyed at the front terrace every morning. But the best thing... We stayed at the Kos Bay,a really nice, city hotel, located across the street from the marina, near the sea. Good location, within walking distance to the port, the ferry terminal, the bus station, the Old town. Pretty clean, breakfast was buffet style and perfectly adequate.Great complimentary wi-fi signal in communal and inroom areas. Free city maps were provided from the reception so you could easily... ON the spur of the moment, searching a place to relax after a hectic bussiness period and having 2 spare weeks in September,we booked a cheap flight+hotel via internet and took off for a holiday at Kos town! Kos Bay ticked ALL the boxes,as it is a beach hotel near the marina before Psalidi coast, located not far from the... More

By far the best hotel ive ever stopped in,September was the perfect time for our family to visit due to the ideal weather. It was our first time at this hotel and 5th time in Kos. The hotel's location is IDEAL ,just opposite the marina of Kos,that was the main reason for choosing to stay there,as we were sailing for... More
