We stayed the 27th of july for 1 night here in this hotel. The hotel is price/quality really good. Good beds, airco, quiet room. The staff were really friendly, The only downside maybe was breakfast which was nothing special. Look for the special rates, you can find this hotel sometimes relatively cheap on the web.

Having seen reviews was not sure what to expect. However, having booked through Thomson knew it would be ok and indeed it was. Positives are location on beach road, room cleaned every day and wifi in room very good. Staff on reception helpful whenever I asked for anything and balcony view quite good. Downside is shower a nightmare and bathroom... More

We made a reservation. They told the room will be ready at 1 Pm.. At 3 o clock the room wasnt still ready., no apologies. The old lady and her daughter at the desk are always nervous, behaving like if they are working in a goverment dormitory as manager. They did not let our friend to come up and say... More

I stayed two nights at kos bay hotel and it started off bad already. I was ill and wanting to take a nap and they kept knocking on my door to ask something new, they take your passport at the start and forgot to give it back which made me miss my flight. The lady at the front desk claimed... More

We booked Kos Bay at very short notice at the start of July 2014. Room was small and basic but clean (cleaners visited daily) The lady in charge of reception/breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty basic. The real beauty of the hotel was its position, overlooking the sea and Kos Marina. The junction outside was busy... More

We stayed here just for one night and it was horrible! Air conditioning didn't work, we asked for another room and the answer was negative!! Unplanned Work in progress in the hotel and no info given to guests, results NO WATER for the whole morning! Towels are not clean but the room was ok! Little bathroom but nothing to declare;... More

We stayed in room 114 from the 10th to 17th June and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is immaculate throughout. Although our room was a little small it wasn't pokey and the air conditioning made a wonderful difference in the afternoons and evenings. The staff were so cheery and chatty that we looked forward to going down to breakfast. Our... More
