We were a group of ten including 6 adults & 4 kids. Arriving on a cold and snowy afternoon (even in the month of April 2014) in Pahalgam without any confirmed hotel booking; Brown Palace was really cozy and warm. All the staffs were very helpful and we had a prompt room service in spite of all the calling bells... More

The hotel location is great. Beautiful mountain peaks and swift river flowing infront the resort. We loved the food served. Service was prompt and the room was ok. Located outside the town of Pahalgam but worth staying. We visited at the end of October 2013 . The weather was nice. we also did a three day trek to Kolhi glacier... More
