We visited Pahalgam yesterday without making any prior booking and spoke to Shahdab, probably the owner, on the phone. We reached and got 2 rooms. The hotel was nice and the staff was good too. Unlike reviews I have read of others, we had a nice stay here. Infact we were offered a good rate including 2 meals without asking... More

We stayed here for a day. On the first floor room no. 106. A good, neat & clean place though the rooms are little small compared to other hotels we stayed during our Kashmir trip ie at Gulmarg, at a houseboat & then in a hotel at Srinagar. Similarly the dining place is also smaller. The quality of food was... More

I stayed here for two nights (10-11 april, 2014) with my wife and two kids. We had very bad experience in the hotel 1. The front desk manager ( I cant recall his name) is very rude as against Kashmiri culture. 2. Our bathroom was leaking from the ceiling and drain pipe of the wash basin was also leaking. 3.... More

We stayed in this hotel for a night. It was a pleasant stay. The hotel is situated little away from market and hustle bustle of city. We booked double deluxe rooms. The staff was very accommodating, rooms and toilet were clean and TV showed all the channels. food was also good.

We opted for this hotel, as when we reached Pahalgam it was flooded with tourists and after searching for almost an hour, this was the only place were we could find average rooms within our budget of 2k. The food was which we had only once when we reached was awfull.

The hotel has been made in good taste, however needs maintenance. If with kids, only take double delux room, other rooms are too small. the manager, Mr Syed Ashraf, is very receptive and ensures all requirements are attended personally.
