I stayed here as part of a business trip recently. It is worth considering if you are doing the same. Located in the new exhibition area of Barcelona, it is a short taxi ride into the city centre, and that will cost you about €10 to €15 each way. It was not busy during my stay but I can imagine... We had to fly back to Barcelona from Netherlands in order to catch our flight back to Singapore the following day hence we chose this hotel due to the proximity with the airport. The design of the hotel at the lobby and in the room itself was nice and modern. The bed was not very comfortable though. This is definitely... More

The most terrible service you can imagine. Bad food, service at the front desk was also very bad. Found a few cockroaches in my room. Conclusion: look for an other hotel to visit Barcelona. There are much better hotels for this money. Next time it will be THE renaissance hotel again

This hotel is perfectly situated for a visit at the Barcelona Exhibition halls (the new exhibition) Gran Via. Hotel is in a nice design and the room I had was held in red and white colours, quite cool. The cleaness was okay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for one night during Mobile World Congress, I wasn't paying and glad I didn't as the price was very expensive. It's a very unusual shape from the outside and you look at it and question what it will be like inside. But on entering the building it's very modern with a large reception area and restaurant.... Hotel Porta Fira (Hoteles Santos) is located right in front of Hall 1 of Fira Barcelona - Gran Vía, which is ideal if you attend a conference there. Getting to downtown is easy and fast: a regional underground train from just a hundred or so meters away to downtown where you can connect to metro/subway. I could imagine staying there... More

Very comfortable room, nicely decorated, beautiful bathroom, helpful staff at reception, good meeting rooms, good room service. Amazing view from high floors bedrooms. Not so well located for a visit in the center of Barcelona but perfect for a business trip.

I was attending a conference at Fira Gran Via, location wise is great since u can walk to the event, the rooms are a bit small but ok for a European hotel, food is average, the gym is small, and the hotel is far a bit from happening places such as plaza Catalonia or the Ramblas, but if u r... More
